Super adorable condo in the perfect location! Boardwalk accessible nearby! Unit

It was close to everything!!

Place was clean. Nice upgrades and plenty of room.

When asked for more TP and wash towels, they arrived very quickly so that was a big plus-Loved how close it was to the beach! And, the pool was a big plus!

We enjoyed it, nice location to everything.

We had no silverware, cookware, cooking utensils, coffee pot, or rug or mat outside of shower. Management did bring most of these items halfway through our trip. The windows to the bedroom should have room darkening shades due to the security light outside the window. Very underwhelming experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 25th anniversary and we honeymooned in one of these condos. We wanted to come back to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was wonderful and we enjoyed being here. We experienced only 2 issues: 1 there was no carafe to the coffee pot and 2. the light outside the front of the condo lights up the room at night and made it like daytime when we were trying to sleep. On the second night we hung the blanket over the windows and that helped. Over all it was a great experience and were so happy to be there! Thank you!!

The security light keeps the room lit up and makes it nearly impossible to sleep. We would book this again next year if curtains are installed.

Reviewer Comments: Would not recommend the sunrise villas for following reasons:-there is no curtain on main bedroom window and the light outside SHINES directly into room super bright -the outdoor little area was FULL of ants, we couldn’t even sit down outside -there was a cockroach in what used to be the laundry room- microwave didn’t work and nobody showed up to fix it when we called - one of the condo has a baby monitor camera on their patio facing the pool which was so creeeepy!!!!

Nice condo that worked for us. Bed is comfortable. Updated appliances, pleanty of room. Liked the large kitchen Island. AC will freeze you out if you set it too low at night. TV in living and bedroom. All in all we would stay here again while in Port A.
