Stayed Jun 15, 2025We were very satisfied with the location and would love to stay again. We have never stayed on the sound side. I was surprised at how much my grandson liked it better. He loved being able to ride a bike around.

Stayed May 23, 2025No one has been to this spot in a very long time. Sand in the closet, dead roaches all over the house, cobwebs in the corners, no towels or bedding. The condo was NOT prepared for guests. As much money as you spend, someone should take the time to have this place people ready. As far as location, great spot.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024Our stay was very beautiful!!! The Condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need was there. The pool walking distance the beach 1 minute drive. The stores, restaurants and activities we close too. We had a wonderful time

Stayed Aug 4, 2024Outside of buildings were pretty dirty. Deck was unusable when it rained because all the water from above came into our deck area. Decor was a bit dated. But. Overall a nice place

Stayed Jun 27, 2024As soon as we opened the door we were shocked by the smell of smoke. Had to open all the windows to air out but never got rid of the smell. I called the service to tell them know of our unhappiness. We also found 2 cockroaches. The service offered to spray for bugs and send housekeeping. They NEVER showed up to clean.

Stayed Aug 4, 2023Pro: This is a lovely condo in a nice, quiet location with very comfortable beds, and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Con: we arrived and there were no towels/called and did not receive them until the next day after 1:30 when we left to go to the beach (after 3 calls to Vacasa). The adjacent condo (not sure if it was behind us or above us) houses heavy smokers. When we arrived on Friday at 4 we only spent an hour in the condo getting ready and then left to meet some friends and returned at 10PM and the smoky smell was overwhelming. It was noticiable the entire weekend with night time the worst. Will not stay here again because of that.
