Sunny Seascapes Sur Oceanview

My husband and I stayed for 2 months and didn’t want to leave. The photos on the website are accurate. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need. The kitchen is well-appointed! Once you get settled, you may not want to leave. But you must! There is so much to do within walking distance: Naked Cafe has wonderful mochas! So does Grange Garden on Cedros AND they have bunnies! Happy Hour at Rustic Root or The Brigantine were our faves. Hike down the steps to the beach and walk towards Fletcher Cove or Dog Beach where there are ramps to go up! Annie’s Canyon Trail has a slot canyon to hike! If you have a car, Del Mar is a close destination for restaurants! We like Jake’s because of all the action on the beach! There are MANY museums in the San Diego area. (Shop at the cute boutiques on Cedros. Yes Yes Collective was a favorite.) Torrey Pines Grill is close and so is LaJolla! (Seals!!! George’s has a great view!) Suzanne and Randy were gracious hosts and answered any questions in a timely manner. We LOVED staying here, and YOU will, too!!!

We rented from Suzanne and Randy for 3 months while looking for a house to buy. They couldn’t have been better hosts! Nothing was too much to ask. The condo was beautifully laid out and decorated, very clean and stocked with all amenities. The view of the ocean was stellar. The community is a beautiful spot to stay in Solana Beach. We couldn’t have picked a better spot and Condo. It’s definitely one of the most up to date and beautiful places to stay in Solana Sur. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, with our daily walks on the beach and nightly walks around the pretty neighborhood. The area is also walkable to plenty of restaurants, stores and other businesses. I highly recommend staying in Solana Sur and in particular this corner unit!

Very much enjoyed our stay in this spacious unit. The deck was the highlight with great ocean viewing. Appreciated the proximity to Solana Beach eateries—easily within walking distance. The very large kitchen and family room and dining area worked great for us and our visitors. Met all expectations and then some!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The space is light and bright with breathtaking views. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. A lot of care went into designing and decorating such a spa-like retreat. Beds were comfortable with luxury linens. Absolute perfection. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Terrific location on the best beach and within the complex. The unit itself is very spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Suzanne’s property was the perfect San Diego getaway. The condo is fully updated and pictures don’t do justice to the open and spacious floor plan. The rooftop terrace was the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wine while watching the sunset. Beach access was close and easily accessible by stairs. The gated community felt safe, clean, and offered a peaceful retreat with small fish ponds, swimming pools and a hot tub. Suzanne was accommodating, friendly, and timely with all communication. We loved every bit of our stay here!

Wonderful property

Suzanne’s townhouse in Solana Beach is definitely one of my top 3 VRBO stays (out of about 50). Her home is perfect in so many ways! Location, comfort, cleanliness, newness - well stocked - comfortable beds and furniture - no expense spared. The only bad news was that I couldn’t extend my stay since it was already booked. But I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you Suzanne for a memorable stay!

Suzanne is very accommodating and easy to work with. The condo is updated, spacious and in a perfect location. Walk to the beach , restaurants and shopping.

this lovely home is set up to support whatever you want to do in Solana...the owners are so helpful and kind and they have thought of everything you need to enjoy your time in Solana...the views are exceptional, the beach is for walking, swimming and savoring the sunset, the kitchen is perfect for cooking and time with family and the great room is comfortable and fully loaded with things to play, watch or turn off ;-) the bedrooms are comfortable, private and great places to rest and sleep....everything you need for fun & relaxation take a hike through the San Elijo Lagoon and watch birds or visit the many wonderful restaurants in Solana and neighboring beach towns...highly recommend this home away from home!
