Love this place! Spacious condo with the most spectacular ocean view from balcony. We could sit out there all week. It is also just steps away from several restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. This was our second stay and we’re already planning to return next summer!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is very well stocked, decorated, and many amenities are proivded. Kitchen utensils, beach gear, and many books available for use. The view is unparalleled and the beds quite comfortable. We were right on the beach, right downtown in the middle of IOP, but far enough away from the night spots. No late night music or pedestrian disturbance. If you are an early riser, the sunrises are at your doorstep!The home owners were very responsive to any questions or issues that arose. We will be returning and look forward to our next trip to IOP and this lovely unit.

Location is excellent! Drawbacks were dirty covers in 2 rooms, dirty baseboards, and twin beds have plastic coverings that make a lot of noise when you sit or turn on the beds. If you are a light sleeper be prepared to hear footsteps from tenants above you. Can’t beat the location and management response.

Unit is as described in a great location. Owner is easy to work with. Stayed there with wife, two teenagers. Convenient parking. Walkable restaurants. We are regulars at IOP, this unit is as described.

Location was ideal for us as we were in and out of Charleston for a wedding and had an infant so were able to walk to and from not only the beach but restaurants, the park and grocery store. The reason for 4 stars is the property could use some updates - very loud microwave, very loud exhaust fan in twin bathroom, old fixtures and such.

My first impression was, WOW, the pictures do not do this property any justice!!!!

We vacationed on IOP before but wanted more room. This condo certainly delivered! Plenty of common space to spread out and enjoy a stunning view of the ocean, which was important because we had some rainy days. When weather permitted we spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony. Everyone had a comfortable seat! Trips down to the pool and beach took all of three minutes. Couldn’t be more convenient and totally worth the price! We’re already planning another trip next summer!

This is our third year staying at this particular condo and we never want to leave! Very clean, comfortable, the best view and convenient to island dining and shopping. We can’t wait to come back!

We stay here every summer and love it! It’s so clean, convenient to the beach and the strip and the layout is perfect for our family. The property owner is very prompt and communicative whenever there’s a question or concern. We will be back!

My wife, daughter, son-in law, grandson and I stayed at this condo and it fit our needs perfectly. Description of condo was very accurate and the unit, balcony and view were perfect! Great option for a group of 6 or less.

We had an amazing time at this property! It has everything you need and is well appointed. We cooked in most nights and had all the tools we needed to make great dinners. The location can’t be beat and the views are stunning. We’ll be back for sure!
