Josh’s condo was great and exactly what we were looking for having never been to St. Simons Island. The beach is very close, and you can walk the beach to the downtown area. Instructions were very easy. Kitchen was nicely furnished. We loved it.

Pool was good when the weather cooperated! We tried to get the ocean but the weather wasn’t great. Quite a walk to get there and had to walk through standing water. The room was great! We had to spend more time there than we wanted but we made the most of it. The mattress in the master room was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on in my life. Kudos to that mattress!!!!

The condo was beautiful and they had everything you would need! The owner was helpful and communicative and we had no trouble checking in or out. The parking is great too. Super comfy bed. You can see the ocean and the pool from the porch and it’s a beautiful beach. It’s also great that all the rooms are accessible to the porch. Loved our stay and would love to stay again!

Loved our stay at Beach Club condo, beautiful beach decor with very comfortable king mattress and big bathtub in master bath a huge bonus for my bad back each day. Loved the view of the ocean from our balcony and the pool right in front of the beach. Our host Josh was a big help to planning our first visit to St Simons. I miss waking up to the blue sky and sunshine and hope to come back someday soon!

This St. Simons Beach Club 2/2 condo was a perfect place for our quick getaway. The grounds were well kept, the pool and hot tubs very clean and the management very helpful and kind. The unit we were in was clean and well appointed for our stay. The host was quick to respond when we had a question about getting in.

This unit has plenty of space for a family! We had 2 adults & 1 child and were more than comfortable. Josh was responsive to my questions and made the process quick and easy. Being so close to the main area of SSI while having direct beach access was wonderful with a kid who doesn’t want a full day of beach time. Can’t wait for our next trip.

Cozy little condo that was perfect for what we needed. Our almost 2 year old loved the soaking tub, as well as the 1ft pool. It was quiet and close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

This was exactly what we needed. Property was wonderfully appointed and clean.

We were hoping for a relaxing weekend without the kids, at one of our favorite places. This condo exceeded our expectations. Had to contact the owner once, and he responded quickly. Direct access to the beach. Check-in was a breeze. luggage carts available to help get luggage in. I would highly recommend this condo!!

We had a fantastic time staying at this unit. The entire unit was extremely clean and well appointed. The Master bedroom and bathroom were quite spacious. The parking down below the condo and elevator made it simple to unload and load. The host is very responsive to any inquiries and offered great advice for area destinations and activities. The condo is located close to everything you need. This was our first trip to SSI and we thoroughly enjoyed the laidback, family friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back and hopefully able to stay at this wonderful unit again.

My cousins and I meet in the fall/winter for a cousin weekend. This was just the right place for us. Very comphy and clean. Will stay again.

Great location, and condo is maybe even better than as described. We loved our stay from start to finish. We’d check to see if the master bedroom mattress has been replaced before booking and everything else was really perfect for us.

Our Beach Club condo stay was delightful. There was some question as to whether the power was back on after hurricane Helene’s damage, but the owner, Josh, was very helpful in keeping us updated. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We had to walk through hip-deep water to get to the beach, but this was probably due to the hurricane. We should have used the beach access at Massengale Park next door. We thoroughly enjoyed the islands and would highly recommend this condo!

Everything was great - Ralph Lauren Linens and Mikasa China sort of sums up the condo with great views and balcony. The walk to the beach was a little disappointing since we had to go through water and vegetation to reach the beach which was a good ways out.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in the perfect location with an easy walk down to the beach. The condo was kept up nicely. Definitely will come back in the future!
