Stylish Home w/ Private Deck, Shared Pool, and access to Dining and Shopping

Check in is at 4pm, office closed at 5pm. Traffic to get on island on Saturday afternoons is apparently always heavy. It took 2 hours from Savannah airport. Information provided said that if arrival is after office is closed use code to access key box. Doesn’t specify where this box is? We assumed it was at rental house. Box is at office. Also seems odd that check in office would close at 5pm when checking doesn’t begin until 4pm? With that being said when we get into our rental the thermostat is beeping and the pla is very warm. Not sure why cleaning crew didn’t communicate information to property mangagement? My husband immediately changed the batteries, beeping stopped. However, the indoor temperature did not change..remained at 83 degrees. We immediately called Vacasa, got a representative in a different state because their office closed at 5pm!! We were promised they would get back to us immediately when someone would fix A/C. We got the runaround for two days. The only reason someone eventually was due to our relentless calls The house was decorated nicely, not far from the tennis, golf, beach. However, some areas of the house were dirty. The downstairs 1/2 bath seemed to have an old vomit stain on wall. Upstairs rooms looked as though cleaners left without finishing, garbage left behind, mirror in bedroom visible dirty, staircase walls has dirty food stains? All and all we enjoyed Hilton Head, great beaches, golf and restaurants. Would not use Vacasa again.

Beautiful villa and great location. Everything was super clean with beautiful decor!!

The villa was very clean and well maintained. It was in a good location, close to two pools. However, the pools need updated. The beach was about a 15 minute walk. There was no security at the entrance so this area is not gated like most of the other areas in Palmetto Dunes. If you are bringing more than 2 vehicles, you will not have any extra parking passes. Palmetto Dunes was very unhelpful with this issue. Bottom line: I enjoyed our villa but Palmetto Dunes is becoming outdated.

Our family of 6 loved this house. Nice size, lots of beds (each kid had their own), and great distance from beach! Highly recommend renting bikes, nice short ride to beach - much better than driving or walking. Fun trails to ride bikes and lots of restaurants, etc in less than 10 minute drive. Thoroughly enjoyed location and wish we were still there!! Pools weren’t the best, but they were adequate (best one was furthest away - short bike ride). Thank you for a great stay!!

We loved the location in Queens Grant that backed up to the golf course! Big backyard that didn’t face the road, bushes or another unit! Beautifully decorated and very clean! Only complaint is that there was that there wasn’t enough quality pots and pans and believe it or not, no wine opener or bottle opener.

Condo was spacious, well decorated and clean. Very close to general store and tennis/pickleball center and easy walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this rental,

This place was super clean and well stocked. Our party of 6 Plus one pet had a great time here. Comfy beds! We slept great every night. The beach was a short 12-15 min walk away...or you could drive and park. We had no problems with anything. Everything worked with no issues. Even the grill had extra propane. Highly recommend. We will plan on returning.
