Stayed Sep 7, 2025What a great place! Super clean, beautifully appointed, and in a perfect location - right across the street from Coligny Plaza. The best part? It's right on the beach! If you open the screen door to the balcony, you can hear the ocean whilst lounging on the couch. Excellent for one or two people! Book it! You won't be sorry!

Stayed Jun 6, 2025311 Breakers was nice at a glance, but when looking closer, it really needed a deep cleaning. While the amenities of the property were very basic, we decided the view and sound of the beach from the living room made the trade off worth it for us this trip.

Stayed Jun 10, 2023We loved the location. It was great being able to walk to both the beach and Colligny Plaza. The balcony being ocean front was also a plus. We also enjoyed the pool area- there’s an adult pool that goes up to 8ft deep, and then a kid pool that’s 2ft deep. The kid pool was perfect for my 2 year old daughter. The kitchen was really nice and looks like it was recently renovated. The bedroom is small with the bed taking up most of the room. We did manage to fit myself, my husband and our 2 year old in it but it was a tight squeeze (I think it’s a double bed). We didn’t use the pull out couch so I’m not sure how that is. AC throughout the unit was good. We would definitely stay here again!
