Stylish beachfront condo walking distance to beach, pool, pier and restaurants!

A beach vacation paradise! This is a one bedroom, oceanfront Sea Cabin on the first floor. This sea cabin can sleep five with a queen bed in the bedroom, futon sofa in the living room (replaced July of 2025), and a built in youth bunk bed for kids in the hallway (full disclosure: these are youth bunk beds, which are skinnier than a twin, and I would not recommend children over 10 years old in them). The dimensions of the youth bunk bed are roughly 74x25.
Enjoy the private balcony with ocean views, gated community (non heated) pool, beach access, and fishing pier. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with two bars and a full bathroom. There is a laundry facility in the middle of the complex. Located at the beautiful front beach on Isle of Palms with restaurants, shops, grocery store and ice cream stands all within walking distance. The Sea Cabins have the only private pier on the island and you are allowed to fish off the pier but will need a South Carolina fishing license.
There is free WI-FI and cable. The Sea Cabins are located just 20 minutes from historic Downtown Charleston, 30 minutes from CHS airport and 5 minutes from 2 world class golf courses in Wild Dunes!
No washer/dryer inside of unit, only in the middle of complex which takes coins or you can use an app on your phone.
There are a few steps to get up to the first floor.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter essentials like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide a few travel soaps and shampoos, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, two laundry and dish pods, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
