We appreciate it being on the first floor which made it easy with kids. The house is super cute and has everything you need to be comfortable. It was clean and well maintained. We would stay again here!

It had good access to fishing, our favorite pool, and dining. The customer service was poor though. Our room wasn’t ready until almost 5 PM, we weren’t told where to park and got a citation, and had to ask 4 times for them to bring us dish soap. We would choose to stay elsewhere next time, because of these inconveniences. We expected better for the premium price vs elsewhere. It’s wasn’t a Ritz Carlton experience, by any means. No one at the front desk seemed happy to work there, and it showed by their non responsiveness. That’s too bad, because it’s a nice place to be.

The amenities at cinnamon shores are great for young families. The beds were comfortable. I will say that the golf cart rental has gotten too expensive. I could almost fly us all to Florida for the price of the golf cart.

Everything that we needed was there - towels, dishes, even syrups for margaritas or snow cones. The condo was clean, in great condition, and well stocked with dishes and amenities to make it a comfortable stay. Definitely would recommend this condo!

I wouldn’t stay in this condo again. We found about 7-8 roaches throughout our stay. The master bed was very hard and uncomfortable and (my fault for not realizing) no tub just showers so bathing littles was difficult. We liked CS and the ease of getting to the beach with the golf cart, which was pretty easy process booking and getting the cart delivered. We liked the community and will be coming back this summer in a different house.
