Stunning Views! Oceanfront 2BR/2BA 2nd Floor end-unit Condo!

The condo was spotless and the views were spectacular. We were only there for four days, but a relaxing four days. The kitchen had all the amenities that a good cook would need. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the host, Tom, was accessible and so helpful. I would recommend this lovely condo to all....Sue P.

Our favorite place to stay. Perfect location, always top notch cleanliness. Appreciate the convenient outlets on end tables! Would like a towel rack or at least another towel hook for bath towels in master bath. An added safety feature would be a grab bar in the walk-in shower. Looking forward to returning.

The view was great from the living room and master bedroom. All I had to do was open my eyes and not even leave the bed to see the ocean every morning. It was convenient to everything you would need.

My husband and I would highly recommend staying at this condo. It was perfect.....clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped with everything you would need. What an amazing week! The condo was more beautiful then the pictures! We have a group of four that visit Surfside Beach twice a year…end of may…and September…we have never stayed the same place twice but we all agree this was the best condo! The view is beautiful …condo was so comfortable and for the first time we actually cooked most our meals instead of eating out. Condo had Everything you would possibly need and more! We really hope to stay there again!

The place was perfect for our week long stay. The communication was great with the property manager. Couldn’t ask for more out of our stay!

We are almost afraid to leave a review. We'd like to keep this rental a secret. The condo was beautiful and perfectly located to be close to everything and still quiet. The owners were wonderful and had great communication. We felt very welcomed. The condo was clean, very comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was everything it said it would be and the pictures were accurate. Having coffee on the balcony every morning watching the sunrise was great. Beach was not crowded and was clean. The chairs and beach toys provided by the owners was a wonderful bonus. We cannot wait to come back and stay again.

Condo was clean, comfortable furniture (a couple new chairs that are not pictured - took a nap in one. Love that the chairs have ottomans. So many things were provided and/or left by previous renters (hair dryer, detergents, soaps, tp, baggies, trash bags, etc - and we left a bit too). Quality dishes. Even a water pitcher with filter in fridge. Hooks, shelves & drawers in bathroom. Easy, close access to beach - down the stairs, around the corner of building (& this is an end unit so corner is right there), by the pool and you are there. (Side note - unit is right next to pool so if you are there in the summer there might be some noise.) Was initially worried about the steps due to our age and my bad knees, but they were not bad at all. Streaming was a bit troublesome at times & left button on remote for tv was a bit tricky. Never did get bedroom TVs to work fully but we didn't try too hard & didn't call owners as we didn't really need those TVs. Tom & Kathy were very easy to communicate with. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

We had a beautiful 2 weeks in this property. The owners seem to have thought of any need (coolers, backpacks, spice rack) more than other places we’ve stayed. Great view from the deck. Would stay again.

Condo was equiped with everything you could possibly need and was beautifully decorated in beach theme so it felt like the perfect vacation get-a-awy! Unfortunately for us the weather did not provide us with the beach vacation we imagined....Huricane Debby was a real downer for our entire stay! Despite this, we made the best of it with quality family time watching the Olympics and going out to eat. We were so grateful the Condo was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the ocean! Tom and Kathy were sure to check in multiple times and were gracious and sympatic. We also brought a 1000 piece puzzle and my girls were determined to finish it before we left staying up passed midnight to complete it on our last night! I would definitely go back to this Condo for a beach vacation re-do!

We absolutely loved Tom & Kathy’s place! It was clean, cute and cozy! They were kind and it was such an easy check in process. The pool was great for the kids and rental on the beach what more could you ask for! I would definitely stay here again. Gave this a 5 star rating!

Where do I begin? This place is amazing! We are a family of 4 (parents and two “kids” age 21 and 18). The condo had plenty of room for the 4 of us. It is a comfortable, beautifully decorated place with an unbeatable view of Surfside Beach. Our favorite spot was the balcony that is directly oceanfront. Perfect place to watch the sunrise with your first cup of coffee. There is so much to do in the area! We enjoyed Broadway at the Beach, Ripley’s Aquarium, the show Adrenaline (at Broadway at the Beach), a fishing excursion out of Murrell’s Inlet, walking to Surfside Pier and exploring Pawley’s Island. All within 30 minutes of the condo. There is still so much we want to do that we didn’t have time for. We will definitely be back and will rent from Tom and Kathy again. They were very easy to communicate with for the few things we needed to (basically just to let them know we arrived and that we left). Condo is very well stocked. We brought a few groceries but there are stores right in the area. Some restaurants we enjoyed were The Golden Egg, Dagwood’s, Bar Louie, and Hard Rock at Broadway at the beach.
