New owner of 201 preciosa our condo is 3 bedroom,3 bath and located on the 2nd floor of the complex which has a total of 10 units. We have 24-hour security a safe for your valuables and a wonderful management team on site. Our unit has a beautiful kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances ,flat screen TV,DVD player, WIFI, washer/dryer, water cooler, and a view that will take your breath away from the extra terrace and thru out the home.
From ground / parking level you take one flight of stairs up to the 1 floor, where the infinity pool is located From there you can take the elevator or stairs of th seconde floor where we located ,Casa 201.The master suite has a its own small terrace ,king sized bed, dressing area and bathroom. There is a 2nd bedroom overlooking the living room with queen sized bed and
Jack & Jill bathroom to the living space. The third bedroom is a smaller room located off the terrace with a double bed and its own bathroom .This room has amazing views including from the shower! Each room has an individual air conditioner and several ceiling fans.
We overlook the beautiful Playa La Ropa beach which has been named one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico. La Ropa is stunning 1-mile long stretch of beach with restaurants and boutique hotels with of places to spend the day on lounge chair or enjoying beach activity's. The bay gives La Ropa a nice gentle surf which makes it great for swimming as well as all sorts of fun activities: catamarans, kayaks, jet skis, boogie boarding ,snorkeling, para-sailing, etc. La Playa is 5 minute walk down hill from the condo or a very quick taxi ride. Taxi's are available everywhere and are super easy. There are several other great beaches through out Zihuatanejo / Ixtapa to explore
