Stunning Oceanfront Private Corner Condo

This is an excellent property. Beautiful view over the Pacific Ocean easy walk down to the beach. The apartment is well appointed with everything needed and beautifully decorated. we plan to return.

Great view of the ocean, wonderful king bed, well stocked. Quiet and close to all amenities. Great restaurants, and easy access to trains and the I5.

WOW! We stayed in this stunningly beautiful, bright, clean, very comfortable Condo the end of August through Labor Day Weekend 2025. The corner unit views from floor to ceiling and the outside balcony, of the ocean, beach, and sunsets were spectacular! Every amenity we could possibly ask for was available, including the kitchen & appliances, comfortable living room/sitting areas and bedroom, full bathroom and a second vanity/sink area (great for 2 travelers!), full beach supplies, laundry room closet, and a parking garage spot (that we needed!) which is just a short 30 second walk to the unit.The property grounds and pool area are also beautiful and well-maintained. And the location in the Del Mar/Solana Beach area was absolutely perfect during our week long vacation, where we made various trips to Encinitas, Oceanside, and Newport Beach to the North, and Pacific Beach and Coronado to the South.Lastly, I can’t say enough about our Host Tawne, who was very responsive and helpful with several basic questions we had before arriving. Messaging her through the VRBO app worked like a charm, and she consistently responded to us within 30-60 minutes. Her Welcome Letter material is also very comprehensive.Thank you SO MUCH, Tawne! We’ll certainly keep you in mind again for our future trips to the San Diego area.Scott & Deb O.

Property and condo were exactly as the listing and photos. My husband and I enjoyed the beach and patio immensely. Tawne was very a very responsive owner.

One of the best vacations we had so far - and we had some. Property is in the higher price level, but you get an outstanding, top level appartment for your money. Excellent property, very clean and convenient. Kitchen and bath have everything you need. 2 seperate bathrooms, very handy. Stunning ocean views, if you leave the door to the balcony open, you will here the waves every night. Dolphins can be seen from time to time. Fascinating sunsets. This is the right place if you want to relax and go to downtown San Diego from time to time. Sandy beach, good swimming or walking. Direct beach access (stairs), 3 min. and you have your feet in the water. Beach umbrella and chairs provided. Pool and hot pool in community area. Shopping and restaurants close by. Gated community, very well maintained. Enough storage room (walk in closet and drawers) also for extended stays. Good, new bed in the bedroom. Owner very friendly and always available. Amazon delivery possibly to doorstep. Have already booked for next year.

Great location, beautiful updated unit with incredible views. Tawne made herself available when we had a minor issue and it was resolved quickly, you can’t ask for more from a host. I look forward to going back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful unit, and very comfortable. We particularly loved the location, not as congested as some of the other beach towns but yet lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous views, great location on a lovely beach, nearby amenities—what more could you ask for? The condo was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again if available.

The apartment if lovely. The view is fantastic. Saw lots of surfers every morning which was interesting to watch. The beach is spot less and plenty of room although the trek up and down is a bit much. All in all it was great. We would stay there again if the ant problem is better. Tawne was very help with everything. Love the place.

This is a very nice property and the property manager was quickly responsive to issues such as security code not working, lack of hot water in shower, non-functioning Foreman Grille, and ants. However, we paid a total VRBO contract approaching $9000 and were notified only three hours before check-in that the A/C in the living area would not be available during our entire two-week stay. Unfortunately, a record setting County heat wave soon set in and the manager's only response was providing a small tubular fan which did not change the 85-90 degree afternoon/evening temperatures in the condo. For almost one week we had to either leave the unit or retreat to the bedroom which did have A/C. The manager apparently did not request emergency delivery of the repair part. She did, however, minimize our problem claiming that we were constantly benefitting from cool onshore ocean breezes. This was manifestly not true. The bottom line is that we paid almost $9000 for an air conditioned condo and did not receive that benefit during an extreme weather event. Fairness would suggest a substantial refund but VRBO's position was that the matter could be determined only by the lessor. A $350 credit was made to my credit card account. This was clearly inadequate and raises the question of whether VRBO's business model favors lessors over lesees.

Perfect place to relax and listen to the waves crashing on the beach! The unit is clean and well equipped. Tawne is a great communicator and everything went smoothly.

The view was spectacular and the property was great.

I booked this unit for 20 nights in Feb/Mar. For 6 of them there was a major dredging operation immediately below us that closed our beach access and subjected us to the constant roar and beeping of work machines from 7am to 7pm. The dredging itself was constant, with bright lights and huge gushers of water spewing from large pipes. We also had a major plumbing issue that left us w/o kitchen water for 24 hours and tied us to the unit while we waited for a plumber. A flood was avoided because my husband hauled to the toilet multiple pots of garbage water gushing from the sink drains. Tawne committed to an amount to compensate us for what we experienced, then weeks later arbitrarily sent half as much because she deemed it a “minor inconvenience.” And the main living area was infested with ants. Not the restful beach retreat we were looking forward to.
