Living area has an open concept bright living room and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, so you can make all your favorite dishes and spend time together.
The fully functional kitchen has Samsung gas stove with cooktop, refrigerator and microwave. Air fryer & toaster, el. kettle, coffee machine, blender and utensils are provided.
Samsung stackable front load washer and dryer are in the unit`s laundry room.
Patio space with outdoor furniture allow you to relax outside.

Guests can use the following swimming pools:
1.Seven Eagles (pool & gym) which have a bar and a restaurant on site
2.Gathering Loop swimming pool
3.Heritage Crossing North swimming pool
4.Heritage Crossing South swimming pool
5.Carriage Point swimming pool
6.Villas North swimming pool and splash pad
7.Villas South swimming pool
8. The Terrace swimming pool
*Reunion Resort Aquapark has an additional fee and needs to be requested in advance to the host.
** The golf and tennis courses are not available for guests due to membership requirements and community restrictions.
***Spectrum resort swimming pool is not available due to membership restrictions.

Please understand that Florida have a subtropical and tropical climate. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our community and/or in and around our home, including but not limited to birds, lizards, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches/palmeto bugs, bees, spiders, mosquitoes, wasps to name a few.

We do spray in advance in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidents of bugs.
