Stunning condo with amazing rooftop terrace in Romantic Zone - Old Town

Very smooth check in process, communication with management company and owner was seamless. Great location, so close to all restaurants and nightlife yet very quiet. The building has great amenities, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, lots of rooftop lounge space with lots of umbrellas for shade. Very well maintained complex.

Excellent condo and building. Couldnt ask for anything more other than a few more pillows for the king bed, other than that, everything was excellent!

Amazing property!!

The Condo was quite accurate as far as the pictures go, however was some what disappointed that ideas from other guests were not looked into. Example, the lighting in both bathrooms was horrible. We ended up plugging in the bedside light for a better light at the mirror. Not sure why a lighted, magnified, wall mount mirror could not be installed. Also found the balcony very ugly! there were 4 chairs on it, but 2 were not useable, as the webbing had rotted away. I did call the property manager right a way, she came and took pictures, but didn't bring any more furniture. Also sure would been nice to have had some lovely, real planters on the deck, and in the condo itself. Another suggestion is to have all the bedding in nice white sheets, so they can be bleached, and smell crisp, and clean, and although it was nice to have a King size bed, the 2 very old, and small pillows they had on it just didn't cut it! It was quite noisy until 4 am, and could hear people coming and going from the elevator. The Condo size was perfect for us, and it was awesome having 2 bathrooms! also loved the colors on the wall, and convenient to everything.

This apartment is beautiful and in the perfect location for anything. It was so nice to jump in the lap pool when it was very hot out. It's conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the best tacos. Everyone in the building is very friendly and it was never crowded during our stay. We used the grill one night for steaks and veggies which was nice. It was great to also have a washing machine to wash clothes and towels. The biggest disappointment was 95% of the time having to take cold showers. I contacted management. They sent someone, which helped a little. Most of the trip we were rushing in the shower for the first 5 min to utilize the hot water, but would always end up having to take cold showers. I didnt like that some of the utensils had dried up food or rust on them. Also, the last morning there was yellow stuff dripping from the ceiling above the toilet which was odd. The lighting in front of the mirrors are terrible. It casts a horrible shadow and is so dark. All in all it was a great experience and stay.

We stayed almost 5 weeks here and could not have been happier. Right in the heart of everything, and on the side of the building that doesn’t get as much nighttime noise as others. Rooftop pool area and lap pool on 5th floor were both amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Even the staff at the condo was amazing.
