Stayed Mar 16, 2026My family of five visited Punta de Mita for the first time. Our first impression of the area was a bit of surprise, as the roads and town made us feel like we were definitely in old Mexico. However, somewhere into our second day we were hooked. This area is filled with amazing restaurants. The pistachio or almond croissants from La Panaderia rival the best of Europe. The extremely affordable and incredible street tacos from Teresa's Tacos are a must try. However, I must say that the dinner experience at Casa Teresa Italian Ristorante was one of the best dining experiences I've had anywhere, seriously. As far as the condo experience, this was the perfect spacious layout for our family. Everyone was able to spread out and enjoy their time and we had plenty of great areas to hang out and watch the waves and the beach. We took advantage of some fish we caught on our last night and had a great catch and cook after grabbing some supplies at the mercado Ollin. The best part was that day and night we had the sound of the waves coming in that just added to perfect relaxation. As far as the activities in the area. We booked a fishing guide out of La Cruz Huanacaxtle that we enjoyed so much we booked a second day. We visited Islas Marrietas islands, which was so cool. We golfed at Higuera and what a time that was. We surfed at La Lancha beach for a great beach day. And we had a fun day trip up to Sayulita. This is a great area. Thanks Bob and Wei.

Stayed Mar 8, 2026This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this lovely condo. The views cannot be beach — whales breaching in the distance, sunrises to the East and sunsets to the West. The pool is lovely as well and very quiet. We will be back to Punta Mit and to this condo!

Stayed Feb 17, 2026Absolutely loved our stay! There were 6 of us and it was very spacious and even better than the pictures! The balcony setting was perfect, sat out in the morning drinking coffee watching for whales and boats. Enjoyed the balcony in the evening with the sunsets (perfect for pictures), playing cards and visiting. The pool and beach access could not be more convenient. We loved the short walk to amazing restaurants. For dinners with beach views we loved La Pescadora for tuna, El Coral for crazy good coconut prawns and big margaritas, Mina on the beach, dinner at Rustica, Tacos y Papas etc. (there were so many restaurants we couldn't even visit them all). Also loved regular gelato visits and fun shopping. Brunch options were also great. Enjoyed Casa del Pintor for omelets, El Cafecito for egg baguette sandwiches & smoothies, Marea cafe for avocado & egg toast and also Miscelanea. The harbor town is very sweet to walk around and always felt extremely safe, all the locals were very helpful. We hired a boat twice for whale watching and once for a half day of successful fishing. Snorkeling out at the island was better than expected. Also hired massages and for our group of 6 we had two technicians come to the house for hour massages. Carols the property manager was great and very helpful. We would definitely visit again. We have been to many different beach cities in Mexico and this is now our favorite. The condo was beautifully decorated and very welcoming.

Stayed Jan 7, 2026This luxurious beachfront condo was everything promised and more. The ocean views from the balcony are breathtaking, and we were treated to spectacular sunsets every evening.Carlos, the property manager, communicated impeccably throughout our stay. He was responsive, helpful, and made sure every detail was perfect. The location is ideal, we enjoyed incredible privacy and had the beautiful pool virtually to ourselves. Yet we were close enough to Puerto Vallarta (about an hour) to explore when we wanted, without being in the middle of the chaos. The equipped kitchen was a dream for our foodie group. Combined with the fresh seafood available at the nearby harbor and excellent beachfront restaurants within walking distance, the available food options met the high standards of our crew.We particularly loved the included amenities - the stand-up paddleboards and kayaks got plenty of use, and it was wonderful not having to rent equipment elsewhere. The condo truly has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation.

Stayed Feb 22, 2025This property checked all the box’s and is everything described and more!!! Carlos was great and arranged everything we needed from airport transfers, groceries and chef services. The excellent wifi was an added bonus. The pool was nice and miles of beach to walk and at least 2 surf breaks we could see from the deck. We rented a golf cart but you don’t need to, lots of restaurants, shops and stores within walking distance. The building staff were also amazing and the pool, grounds and building was always immaculately. We highly recommend … We will return :).

Stayed Feb 7, 2025The unit was perfect for our needs. Our toddlers enjoyed the pool, beach and ocean, and the building is a very short walk to the center of town. Checking in was easy, and the property manager - Carlos - answered all our questions promptly with great recommendations.

Stayed Nov 9, 2024We had a best time in Punta Mita. From the beautiful picturesque condo to the brand new pool we enjoyed it all! The ocean was like a lake, so calm without any large waves. My kids boogie boarded and paddle boarded every day, swam in the pool and walked/played along the beach. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We were very close to restaurant row so we walked to breakfast and dinner every day. There’s so much more to say, but overall it was a fantastic trip. My kids are 8 and 6 and we felt this was a great location for their ages

Stayed Nov 22, 2024We loved this place and would definitely go back. We stayed 4 nights and I wish we stayed a few more. The pool is pristine and the beach is quiet and the waves were very mellow. Our kids played with boogie boards all day right out front. There's a nice little surf break just down the way. Sapos surf rentals (a pop-up right on the beach down by the marina) gives awesome boat tours and will take you to surf breaks, or around the point to a great snorkeling spot. We saw humpback whales & dolphins along the way.The kitchen is fully stocked, but just an FYI all of the utensils are shoved into a tiny drawer under the stove. I didn't discover this drawer until our last day, lol. My one suggestion is to have plastic glassware and plates/ platter for bringing snacks/ drinks down to the pool. There are a lot of good restaurants just a walk away. We rented a car but really didn't need it because we walked all over town. We felt very safe during our stay and the building itself is very secure at night. Carlos, the manager is great and very responsive.

Stayed Oct 16, 2024Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Property was beautiful, the view was incredible. Property manager and owner were kind and responsive. It was a lifetime memory for our family. We booked a chef to prepare a meal for our arrival and it was the best way to end a long day of travel. Carlos helped us connect the dots. Surfing as a family was the goal and we had plenty of time in the water. We were able to use boards at the condo for 2 adults and 3 kids. We rented a boat and surfed at La Lancha 3 times. Better waves than out front. Wished we would have had more swell, but October gave us a little something. Wish I was there right now.
