Built in 2016, this luxurious 1,680 sq. ft Penthouse is the largest and only three bedroom Penthouse at the D'Terrace Residences. Two of the bedroom suites have attached full baths and the third bedroom/den has a half bath just outside the room. The interior is professionally designed, thoughtfully decorated and original artwork throughout. There are marble floors throughout, high ceilings with mood lighting, stunning contemporary furnishings and elegant elements that maximize flow, storageand visual serenity. The panorama views from the penthouse are impressive! The balcony is on the North side of the building which means you can sit out all day without the sun beating down on you.

It is located off a quiet alley, with no noisy vehicular or foot traffic, and is literally a few minute walk to everything- Los Muertos Beach, market, cafes, high end restaurants, galleries and the famous PV nightlife. D'Terrace boasts old towns newest and best rooftop terrace, which includes a stunning 65ft infinity pool with uninterrupted views of the Bay of Banderas with lounge chairs inside of the pool, along with two ten person Jacuzzi's and a seating area with a fire pit. The pool deck offers ample seating and features a bar and lounge area along with dining areas. There is also a state-of-the-art gym facility with ocean and city views along with changing rooms, showers and bathrooms. The building also features 24-hour security, a stunning lobby entrance with fountain, an 8 story interior waterfall, lush hanging gardens, concierge services, private parking, and 2 modern elevators, optimizing your luxurious and wheelchair accessible experience.

THE SPACE:
Penthouse 804 is a prized 'end unit'. There are windows in every room allowing the natural light and fresh ocean breeze to enter.

The master bedroom suite boasts a King size bed, fine linens, plush pillows, ceiling fan, beautiful art and individually controlled air-conditioning, plenty of closet space, a safe and a 55-inch flat screen television. There is direct access to the main 30 foot terrace or your own private balcony overlooking the jungle. Take an exquisite bath in your rain shower with marble finishes and sliding doors that completes the space.

The second bedroom suite also boasts a King size bed, luxury linens, ceiling fan, separate air conditioning, ample closet space. A sleek, spacious attached full bathroom and shower with marble finishes is part of the guest suite.

The third smaller bedroom/den boasts a queen size bed with luxury linens, double dresser, ceiling fan, clothes hangers and separate air conditioning. A half bath is outside of the bedroom, right around the corner.

The open Italian style kitchen has granite countertops and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser, five burner gas cook top with oven, microwave and dishwasher as well as a toaster, blender, and coffee maker. In addition, the condo has high speed fiber optics wireless internet and central air with individual A/C units in each of the bedrooms.

The living spaces have been furnished for entertaining and arranged for maximum comfort, privacy, quiet and convenience. Should you prefer a night in, you can take in a movie on one of two 55-inch Smart LED TV. The dining room affords comfortable seating and capacity to entertain family and friends. On the walls in the kitchen, living area and master bedroom are beautiful original paintings from Juan Carlos Breceda.

You are only one block away from the beach.

The building is staffed with a friendly 24 hour security guard.

GUEST ACCESS:
You have full access to the entire D'Terrace Residences common areas. This includes the infinity pool, two Jacuzzi's, fire pit area, well equipped modern gym, and the sky bar and lounge area by the pool. We have all the essentials which include beach/pool towels and plastic glasses for your beverages. The unit also has a washer and dryer in the unit so you can feel free to pack light!

PARKING:
Yes, you have access to one parking space (#804) located right next to the elevator which takes you right up to the condo. Very few condo's have this amenity.

    My two friends and I stayed in this three bedroom condo last week. I’ve been visiting Puerto Vallarta for the past 15 years, and this has been the most comfortable, convenient stay so far. I will be coming back to stay here in the future. Amazing rooftop infinity pool and hot tub, gorgeous views from the private terrace, and a clean, modern condo. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The complex is just two blocks from the beach, and close to all of the restaurants. Additionally, the staff working at the complex were extremely nice. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

    Perfect location if you want to be within walking distance to everything in the Zona Romantica! The building is very well kept and safe and the Unit is excellent with everything you need! We had an amazing time and the host is very responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend!!!

    The place was very well furnished, clean and was a great location. The host was easy to reach and took care of a hot water issue we had very quickly. The only thing I wish we could do was lower the temp of the ACs in the rooms, this definitely made it harder to sleep. An extra fee would be worth it to have lower temps in the rooms. Overall though, a very nice place and we had a great time! We will stay again.

    Mark's property was an excellent home away from home for a long weekend getaway for my partner and our friends. Spacious unit, gorgeous views from the roof and from the private balcony -- we spent more time on the roof than we did at the beach. Check-in and check-out was flawless. It's walking distance from everything. Highly recommend and will be returning if the opportunity arises again!

    The condo is as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. 3 bedrooms, (Two good sized bedrooms and one small bedroom, all are comfortable). Nice living room, wonderful decks and quiet building. You'll have a water view from the deck and the primary bedroom. We spent most of our time out and about so didn't cook but the kitchen is modern and would have been easy to use. The location is on the South end of Zona Romantica with a very slight hill to traverse but nothing difficult like Blue Chairs or Casa Cupula across the highway. If you've ever walked down the hill to Blue Chairs or Mantamar you might have walked by this place, which is just across from Tropicana Hotel. You're 2 blocks South of Coco's Kitchen and Blondie's. The roof deck was great, never got too crowded during our stay and is open until 10pm. Like many short term rentals nearby, if you're looking to host unregistered guests, this is not the place for you, only registered guests are allowed. There's no open bar or food service on the rooftop like at Pinnacle, but there are a couple of bodegas very close by and of course, tons of restaurants within a 5 minute walk, as is the beach, which we didn't even go to because the roof deck is better. The owner of this unit is friendly and responsive and the check in process is super easy as the PM will meet you there to get you checked in and they'll be there again when you check out. Comes with a parking space if you need it.

    Property is nice, the condo is nice, but you are only allowed the 6 max people you book in your condo. You are not allowed to have visitors or friends come over for the day to relax in the pool with you. That’s the only downside. Other than that the condo had a few maintenance issues that are minor and should be fixed. Stove burners exploding up because rings are not sealed and master shower doesn’t get fully hot water.

    D’Terrace is an exceptional three-bedroom condo that offers breathtaking views and a prime location. We couldn’t have been happier with its proximity to the beach—just minutes away—and its ideal setting in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants and charming shops, the location truly captures the vibrant essence of Puerto Vallarta. The condo itself was beautifully maintained, and the pool area quickly became one of our favorite spots to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery. The entire experience was enhanced by the incredible hospitality we received. From the attentive condo owner to the friendly security staff and helpful concierge, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. This property exceeded all of our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Puerto Vallarta!

    Our stay at Mark’s place was excellent. The views were amazing from the master and the balcony. The pool one floor above is also an incredible bonus and provides panoramic views of the bay. The location is perfect for enjoying zona romántica and playa de los muertos. The concierge service was excellent in accommodating our different arrival times. Would absolutely stay at the property again!
