Stayed Nov 8, 2025Great place to stay near RMNP. And much bigger than the pictures indicate! There was plenty of floor space around the dining area even after we had folded out the couch bed.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025The room was larger than I thought. The bed was comfortable. I loved the location and being able to enjoy coffee on the deck in the morning with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024When I booked the stay, I thought I had booked a place with two rooms, not 1 bed and a sofa sleeper. My daughter slept on the sofa sleeper, and it squeaked and made sounds all night. She said it was very uncomfortable. The 3rd floor was a steep climb, even for someone my age and carrying groceries and other things. We made the best of it and enjoyed the pool and the grill. We also enjoyed the river that runs by the area.

Stayed May 25, 2024We stayed for 3 nights. Below is what we experienced Pros - nice large property for 4. Clean and neat. - right next to river and very silent area - the kitchen was well stocked - very close to fall river entrance of rmnp which is less crowded Cons - The shower area and the overall bathroom was small and when you shower, given the curtain size, lot of water spills out. No soap holders - the sofa bed was thin and can accommodate only one person comfortably Overall, it's a good property which needs minor adjustments
