Steps to uncrowded beach. Walk to restaurants, racetrack; Family-friendly condo

We had a great stay here! there was something for everyone / every generation of our family. Convenient to everything, great beach access, and comfortable property. Thank you!

Great condo location! Cannot be beat. Lots of space and easy to book. Owner communicated early about check in and parking, which was great. The only drawback is that the condo is a bit dingy - some dirt on the walls, extremely dirty baseboards, some cabinet doors are no longer attached to cabinet frames, bathroom fans don't work. If you can overlook that, it's great!

Well appointed, quiet unit, with easy beach access. We watched the sunset over the pacific every night. The property was spacious and as advertised. Solana Beach was a great area with lots of things in walking distance. Huge beautiful beach. Highly recommended. We hope to return.

Everything you needed was available, clean and cute, hosts are very responsive!

We enjoyed our stay because of the amazing location

We had a really wonderful stay and the rental was above and beyond expectations. The house was well-appointed with just about everything we could think of, but it wasn't cluttered. You could tell there was logic in how everything was laid out and where things were placed. We were two families on vacation together, and the layout of the house was perfect for us to have plenty of common areas and also our own family spaces. Absolutely the best rental house we've ever had in terms of readiness for kids: lots of toys and games that meant we didn't have to fly with them or buy things upon arrival, plus a high chair and pack and play. Communication with the host was clear and quick, and we really felt comfortable. The location is great -- lots of coffee shops, some restaurants, a shopping district, a quick walk to a small playground on the beach at Fletcher Cove. Know that there are stairs -- both in the home and to get to the beach. But for us this was fine and we'd absolutely stay again!

Had a wonderful time. All the family was able to join us for a great get-together. Large living area. Plenty of bedrooms. Easy walk to local eateries for your morning coffee. Quick stroll to the beach for after dinner relaxation.
