Steps to the Beach! ~ Restaurants ~ See & Hear the Ocean!

Very central to all things fun at Folly. Hardwoods were lovely and clean, nice decor. Hard to find front door, but the view of the ocean is exceptional and balcony is spacious. Easy beach access and nice to have parking off of Ashley. 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths were nice.

I loved the property and would stay again if in the area. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants therefore never made a meal. Just steps to the beach and once on the beach then you can see the pier. Sunrise on the beach with the pier was spectacular! Make sure you hit Burts for provisions. Loggerheads put our basketball game on and is two blocks away. Great spot to stay and great communication with the property managers.

We just needed a short getaway from our busy schedules. Our stay here was outstanding! We got in really late and check-in was a breeze. The staff was very responsive to any minor items and the view was amazing! This location is just steps from the beach, as described, and soooo peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was wonderful - spacious comfortable living and dining rooms, kitchen with many amenities, large primary bedroom with comfy bed, and two smaller bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The deck was roomy, with a table and 4 chairs and a smaller high table with 2 chairs. The view looking forward and to the right was beautiful, and we enjoyed watching the ocean and beach. The view to the left was obstructed by a large condo building, since we were on the first floor. Parking was under the building, providing cover for the car. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and the grocery store. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would love to return sometime.

Great views of the dunes and beach, and a quick walk to the beach as well. Quick and easy to walk back to the condo from the beach to grab snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. while the rest of the gang stayed at the beach - could even see them on the beach from the condo! Condo itself was a great fit for our family, and the elevator was handy with hauling our luggage. We’d happily stay here again.

Check in was easy. Sitting on the porch was lovely. VIew to the beach was wonderful. Access to the beach very easy and short. The things that were not great could be easily fixed by owner: The kitchen was not well equipped - knives were dull, not a full set of measuring cups, no salt or pepper, no washcloths were provided with linens. Not friendly to people flying in and can't bring their own stuff.

Location was fantastic, decor and furnishings were great, building is a little dated.. it’s with in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the pier.. it over all it was a great find and had a great vacation.

Check in instructions were very easy and communicated to us in multiple ways (email and text). The property manager actually gave us the option of checking in at noon on the day of our arrival for an addition 50 which gave us an extra afternoon at the beach! Very convenient beach access and incredible view of the beach from the porch. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Property managers were readily available and quickly responded to our questions. Could not recommend this place enough!

We enjoyed our time at this location. Perfect location and great access to beach and to pier. Accommodations were just what we needed. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

We loved our stay and the location on the beach is perfect! An easy walk to the main strip, and incredible beach access. The balcony was perfect for family games and meals, and you cannot beat the view.

Upon our arrival, there were some very upsetting things that were found in closets and some cleanliness issues. The property management company addressed those issues for us in a quick fashion, though. The art work throughout the house need some serious updating, and it would be nice if there were also some basic things Provided in the kitchen like salt and pepper, coffee filters, perhaps some Ziploc bags.

Great location to restaurants - we could see the beach out the back deck, but could also walk to all of our favorite spots! The unit was pretty clean. There were some loud nightly parties while we were there which made it less than desirable for sleeping one evening. Other than that, no complaints.

The property highlight is certainly the beach views and sounds. Lovely covered outside areas. The elevator and stairs were convenient. Wonderful access to everything great about Folly. Everything in the rental operated smoothly aside from the keyless entry. The mattresses were comfortable, but poorly fitted with surprisingly low quality sheets. The parking spots for this particular rental are tricky. As mentioned, they stock only the bare minimum - like 1 garbage bag for 6 nights. Overall a lovely getaway spot and we would use to again.

This condo is a perfect spot on Folly—park your car and then just walk every where! The beach is right across the street. It’s clean and comfortable and for us, it was perfect. Highly recommend!
