Clean and super convenient location. Great communication from the property managers.

The condo was very clean with nearly all of the amenities one could ask for. We particularly loved the dresser with plenty of drawers, hangers, and a shoe rack. The condo also seemed to have been renovated recently, so all of the appliances were up to date and sharp. I would recommend this condo building and especially unit to anyone who asks.

STAY AWAY!!!! While the unit itself is fine, cute/ carefully decorated and the location is okay.. the management company Lodging in Telluride ran by Georgie and Julie are absolutely ridiculous. We stayed during bluegrass festival and you can expect some inconveniences during this time. However, the noise outside from the neighbors in our unit during our time made sleep impossible. Beyond that we had no parking for our one (repeat one) vehicle and were forced to park over 1 mile away! We were told rudely by Julie that that was out of their control and we had to deal with it. We paid $1800 for two days stay. You'd come to expect at least the basic amenities (like parking and some noise control) for that money even during festival time. I assure you there is much better value to be found in Telluride. They even charged us an additional $100 because my wife was sick on our last night and messed up one sheet (much to her horror). They claimed the sheets, carpet and bathroom were ruined. We admit to one sheet being soiled but none of the other things were true. It seems they'll do anything to hold you to any part of their contract for a mere $. Do yourself a favor and look further.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was exceptionally clean! We thought the location was great as well! Close to the grocery market but equally close to downtown. We walked everywhere, to eat, to explore, to some trailheads, etc. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio furniture in the afternoons after a day of activities. Not much of a view for us because being on the 1st floor but we really didn't care about that. Just a few recommendations/ideas: I do think it would be awesome if they could put some type of screen or screen door on the doors so you can have the doors open to let the fresh air and breeze in without working about fly's or bugs joining you! For this particular condo, the light was VERY bright and warm in the bedroom because its West Facing so darkening shades would be an added bonus. And just out of preference, a small tv in the bedroom would be nice too! Just to be able to turn on and watch when you're tuckered out from daily activities and want to get cozy in the bed! It was a great experience, and I'd recommend this property to anyone and everyone! Note though... sleeps 4, but it's small. It was only 2 of us and it was perfect for what we needed. It'd be cramped for sure with 4 people.

All good except the entry door lock from the parking lot was broken. It was checked once and we were given the correct code which was different from the front door. We were not told that there were 2 codes.Even after being given the correct code it worked sporadically and we often had to walk around to the front entrance which worked 100%

What a fun town and a fantastic place to stay. Parking at the unit was right out the back door. Galloping goose shuttle bus stopped on the corner. Perfect!

We loved staying here. Super close to the market and a 10 minute walk to the gondola!

Great little condo right in Telluride. Free parking was great, everything in town was walkable.

Had an excellent trip and this apartment was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in town, which was a big plus. Check-in was very easy, even though we arrived after hours. The kitchen was small, but very usable and I really enjoyed using the induction range for my first time. The hosts were very welcoming, and we loved celebrating our anniversary here! Also, there’s a Thai restaurant literally across the street that was excellent!

It's a cute place and the layout worked well for us. The location in Telluride is great - very walkable. We were not aware, prior to booking, that the roof and pool were under repair. Parking was limited due to many spots being roped off for the construction equipment.

Had a great stay here during Bluegrass. Convenient location just a short walk or bike ride away from town and the festival. Condo had everything we needed.
