Steps to beach - 30 Union Wharf

Really close to beachesIt was great to stay in cape to get to other parts of area.Host was very helpful with recommendations around the area.

Excellent communication from the owners from the very beginning, made staying at this location a very smooth process. Quick walk to a small beach or alternatively, perfect location to explore some of the other great beaches around Dennis Port. Comfortable and clean condo, has everything you could need. The owner Elena made some awesome recommendations which were very welcome and spot on. No hesitation in recommending this family retreat on the Cape.

Great location right down the street from beaches. We took trips all over the cape and Elena is such a great host. She was there for us for anything we needed and you could tell she really wanted us to have a great time. We chose to go to beaches on the bay side and it was a quick car ride. Location location location is what is best about this place.

I can definitely recommend this beautiful Cape Cod rental. There was nothing to surprise or disappoint. It was clean and comfortable. The grounds were pristine and the beach was super close and had no rocks, so walking into the ocean was delightful. All amenities were close by and the quiet country roads are very scenic. The landlord was very easy to communicate and offered a ton of advice on things to do locally. She really wanted us to enjoy our stay in her home. I will be booking this place for next year.

We are a family of 4, 2 parents and 2 kids age 3 and 5. We enjoyed our stay at Elena's apartment. We had a wonderful week of vacation filled with a lot of activities. We will cherish the memories made there. The advertise of the property was accurate. Landlord Elena was responsive and welcoming. She provided all necessary information for the property beforehand. Check in and check out was flexible (which is awesome). The apartment was suitable for us. We loved it. Furniture, bathroom, toiletries, cooking supplies... All was good for us. The place is nice and calm. There were a lot of family oriented activities offered nearby. Couple of beaches were on a walking distance and many more available with car. Grocery stores with artisan products were close by and in acceptable distance there was traders joe. However the best market around (with car) was by far: Ring Bros. Marketplace. Especially their pizza. Try it out.

The location is about a 5 minute walk to a cozy town beach. We primarily used the property to explore other parts of the cape so we only slept there and ate breakfast. It served our purpose well. The outdoor shower is nice. Much of the interior has not been updated in years which may look dirty to some people due to the wear and tear. Overall, I'd go back and recommend to others.

Comfortable in size for the price, with a/c and nice furnishings, and a very short walk to a private beach. The beach is small, but we enjoyed it's privacy.

Perfect location for exploring the Cape or just hanging out at the walkable beaches. Host was easy to work with and very helpful!

We had a wonderful time and thought this location was perfect! The condo was clean when we arrived and we found it to be close to everything we needed.
