Nice place for family of four, few minutes walk to beach and restaurants. Host was helpful and easy to get hold of.

The condo was very well appointed. It had everything we needed, especially the full kitchen. We had our own assigned parking space. It was 1-1/2 blocks from the beach and just a few blocks from the Carpinteria Salt Marsh Nature Park. We were just a short drive from Summerland and Santa Barbara and we drive up highway 150 to Ojai where the views were breathtaking. The main street (Linden) has many lovely and charming shops. We also recommend the Mexican restaurant on Linden.

Excellent location a block and a half from the water with a nice boardwalk nearby. The condo itself was well appointed and conveniently had two bathrooms (one being very small, but easy access from the first floor). The kitchen was well equipped and obviously recently updated very nicely, but some essentials were missing like a usable set of tongs and measuring cups. Minor. Highly recommended!

Very enjoyable property. Walking distance to parks, beach, restaurants. Convenient. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, and basics. Fans helped a lot keep the unit comfortable on a hot holiday weekend.

We love staying every summer at this comfortable beach house! Pamela, the host, is so kind and accommodating! The place is just a short walk walk to the beach and also to town! We plan to come again!

We had an amazing time. Have been coming to Carpinteria for many years and have stayed in a lot of places by the beach and this was great! The half bath was nice to have, comfy bed upstairs, and plenty of room for the two of us! We love everything about Carp and this really was a comfortable stay.

Location is in a quiet neighborhood less than 2 blocks to the beach. Note that tar is found naturally on beaches in the area. Host provided tar remover. The only item that would make unit better would be air conditioning which is uncommon in this area. We were able to be cool enough to sleep using fans and ceiling fans in the unit to circulate air.

My sister and I enjoyed staying at this rental. Everything you need is provided. A short walk to the beach and the main street. Clean and nice. Would recommend for couples and small families.

We really enjoyed our week in this cozy, quiet little nest, close to the beach and very walkable to shops and restaurants. It provided everything we needed for a restful vacation.

We stayed here as we had a bunch of friends staying at the campground. The location was perfect as it was just a relatively short walk to the campground. For the most part, we just slept at the condo and spent most of our time away from it. It worked out great for our purposes. We used two of the small beach chairs but didn’t use anything else to take to the beach. Parking was easy and the condo area was very peaceful and quiet. We used laundry once, and needed quarters and laundry detergent. Because there are only two washers/dryers if someone is using them you might need to wait a while. As others have said if it’s hot out, the upstairs can get warm. But if you use windows and fans you can cool it down pretty well. We would stay here again.
