This place had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen and for outside/pool fun. Comfortable beds and in great location. Owners provided so much helpful information about the island, island tours, places to eat etc…

The condo was in excellent condition, well stocked with games and activities. It was the best vrbo we have ever stayed in.

Excellent property location, so many extras in the unit to make your stay more comfortable, host provided so much information to help plan the trip and communication was excellent. Overall such a relaxing stay and wonderful spot to make memories with our family.

We loved our stay at the Grandview. It's my favorite part of 7 Mile Beach! It's such a beautiful setting with lovely lawn, bannan trees, palm trees, flowering bushes and gorgeous ocean beyond. We also enjoyed seeing the Cayman geckos here. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect temperature. The surrounding deck is well maintained and the lounge chairs are quite comfortable. The condo was equipped with childrens' toys, books, sand pails,etc. and plenty of towels for indoors and for the beach.

I would highly recommend this beautiful Condo. Everything was amazing. We appreciated all the amenities and the Condo had everything you would need for a wonderful stay. Very clean and maintained. Very good communication from owner. A perfect stay!

Perfect location. Steps to pool and beach. Excellent array of shops and restaurants nearby. Condo was exactly as described--well furnished, comfortable, fully equipped. Host provided very informative and complete manual. Very responsive to two minor issues that occurred during our stay. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our week in this unit. On the beach resort with parking outside the door. Large pool and hot tub. Well equipped full size kitchen and appliances.

The condo was very clean and well stocked. We were comfortable our entire stay. It was a good location to get to the places we wanted to go. The grounds were nice and my children really enjoyed the pool.

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our time staying at the Grandview. The full kitchen, dining area and family room, as well as the screened in porch, allowed us plenty of room to cook, gather, and relax together. There was a nice selection of board games, as well as beach chairs, snorkeling gear and beach towels/blankets. The pool and beach front areas were quiet and peaceful, with plenty of chairs, and there was a wonderful hammock hanging on the beach, under the shade of palm trees. Location was great, easy walk to many restaurants, and a short drive to many popular destinations. FYI-You may want to pack water shoes, as the beach front in front of the Grandview is rocky.

The property owners were great and the home was just as advertised. It was our first time in the Caymans and we'd book this unit again and again!

We truly enjoyed our visit here. It is so cute, had everything we needed, and is in a good location. We enjoyed time at the beach & pool daily. There are many good restaurants that are close by. The owners were available if needed and provided us with a lot of good information about Grand Cayman.

My family and I had an absolutely lovely time here. It was absolute paradise. The condo was clean, well stocked and close to everything. The condo was equipped with everything you needed for the beach. Tristan & Chantelle were great hosts. They responded immediately to any questions we had and even included the best places to go while on the island. We will definitely be back.

Lovely, excellently equipped condominium just a few steps from the beach and pool. The beach is a bit rocky and not the best for swimming but, as older travelers, we were fine just sitting on the sand and swimming in the pool We did see several folks snorkeling.

Everything was perfect about this property. Spacious, quiet, (aside from the roosters), Clean, beautiful beach and pool. The apartment was accessible to all restaurants and beaches on Seven Mile Island. Plenty of linens for the beach. We could not have asked for more.

Well equipped condo. Nice pool area. Beautiful wide beach, but rocky to get in the water. Just beyond the complex, you can walk right in!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Quiet and clean, it had everything needed for a great trip. A quick walk to the beach to see Amazing sunsets, perfect end to wonderful days. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We had the best time at Grandview. The condo had everything we could have wished for and the view, beach, pool just amazing. Easy walking distance to lots of great places to see at eat. Thank you - we will be back!

We had an amazing time on the Cayman islands at Grandview! The hosts were very helpful and only positive things to say about the stay and experience. A few helpful notes from our time, the hosts had a nice supply of snorkeling equipment (we loved the Wreck of Gamma a short walk down the south of the beach and the snorkeling to the north towards sunset cove which was some of the best we came across)! The host also had a list of great suggestions (Icoa had amazing breakfast and would be a must, the blueberry walnut French toast was hands down the best ever. Agua was fantastic. Gelato&company was awesome too with the pistachio!). The one excursion I would absolutely recommend is the bioluminescent bay tour! Something you have to experience (ideally close to a new moon so it is as dark as possible, otherwise can be harder to see).

Grand view was everything listed & more! We felt at home the minute we walked in except for the fact it was in paradise! They covered ever possible need while away from home. The view was to die for with perfect sunsets every evening. Conveniently located to stores, restaurants, the airport & most excursion sites. I highly recommend & hope to come back soon!

We enjoyed our time here with our family. It was nice and quiet. It was not crowded at all.

Condo has great amenities and “extras”-snorkeling gear, noodles, beach towels, etc Will stay here again!!

The hosts’ attention to detail was apparent throughout our stay. Communication was great! The condo was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. Everything in the unit worked flawlessly, which isn’t always the case with vacation rentals. Appliances were quality. There were too many thoughtful items made available to us to list: quality hair care and toiletry products, plentiful paper products, coffee, cooking ingredients, laundry & dish detergent, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, toys, a cooler, many towels, and lots of nice touches everywhere. You really can just fly in with a carry-on, if you stay here. The pool was nice, and not crowded. The beach is gorgeous. Do consider water shoes if your feet aren’t tough. We found a rental car was useful in this area, if you stay more than a few days. We would stay again!
