Spacious Condo, Recently Updated, Quiet, Walk Out the Door onto 7 Mile Beach

The condo was beautiful and fully supplied The property was well kept and the pool and hot tub were wonderful The only thing that was not great was getting into the water from the beach it was to rocky to enter the water …get water shoes if u want to swim off the beach Nancy was easy to communicate and we really wanted for nothing that wasn’t there

Great property, well appointed, spotlessly clean, a beach at your doorstep with amazing snorkelling ( we’d argue the best on the island) a mere 50 feet away!Manicured lawns, beautiful gardens, a lovely pool and hot tub, barbecue pit, and easy parking.We’ve visited Cayman many times, and this place checks all the boxes.Lovely host. Well equipped kitchen, and periodic housekeeping service.Very positive overall experience with no complaints !Loved it !

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo on 7 Mile Beach. The unit was exactly as described - beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Unit is on the ground floor which makes walk out to the pool and beach super easy and the property was beautifully maintained. Condo was in walking distance to several good restaurants and the owner, Nancy, also left a list of favorite restaurants. Last, Nancy was super responsive to all of our inquiries. Highly recommend this condo.

The condo was great for my family. It was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The pool was great and morning coffee on the patio was perfect. The one and only compliant I have is the water in not accessible because of all of the rocks. The beach and sand were perfect but could t enjoy the ocean at the condos location. Other than that it was a great trip.

We had a great time at Crescent Point. The screened in porch was awesome. The pool, hot tub, the grounds and the accommodations were amazing. We walked to restaurants, beaches, and bars. We had a great Christmas vacation.

The condo was on the first floor. It was great to get to the pool or the beach. Short 1-2 minute walk. There was a great place to sit on the beach with chairs. It was a 5 minute walk to go swimming in the water. There was coral in front of the Condo. Great location for restaurants. We did not rent a car. We walked to grocery store and took a taxi back to the condo. Nancy the owner was great to answer questions before we went. There was a cleaning service every other day which was nice with the sand and staying for 10 days. Place was well kept. We would love to come back. Mike and Michelle

I highly recommend. The condo is just as beautiful as the pictures. It's a great location. We had a wonderful family trip and I hope we can return again!

Beautiful location - we loved having both the pool and the beach; the apartment is spacious and very comfortable, bathrooms large. Appreciated having washer/dryer and plenty of towels available. The owner communicated clearly and always with a quick response time. One amazing restaurant very close by (Ms Piper's).

Great Location, very close to the beach, great pool! Office management was great, even though we were there on a holiday weekend, everyone was very attentive, even staying late for us after a mishap with a rental car. Overall great stay will definitely stay again! Thanks Nancy!!
