Lacovia Luxury Condo in Heart of 7Mile

Wonderful location! We took five teenagers and it was a perfect condo. Plenty of room and the owner is close by so if you have any questions or issues he's right there. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Stayed at the property with my family of 6 and there was plenty of room for us all. We were met and given a quick, friendly tour of the condo and how to reach anyone if we had problems (which we had zero!). I cooked every night for my family and the kitchen was stocked with more than enough to cook meals. The local grocery is within walking distance, but if you get a week's worth of food and drinks you will need a taxi to haul it all back. The ride back cost us $7 plus tip. there are several places to eat within walking distance if you don't want to cook. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers were nice and had water pressure. The balcony had seats for several and even provided drying rack for swimsuits. The beach was a super short walk and beautiful. the sand was white and soft. water clear and chairs were always available no matter what time of day we went down. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Grand Cayman’s best kept secret! We love this low key location.

Our family of five were very comfortable staying at Lacovia in the heart of Seven Mile Beach. The unit was spacious, clean, and accommodating. The location meant walking to some of our favorite restaurants and shops an easy outing. This also gave our children (3 teens) more freedom to adventure out to Caymana Bay to carry out their Gelato & Co addiction. ;) The beach in front of Lacovia was expansive and well taken care of. Guests had plenty of room to spread out and set up shop for the day. Management and Condo help were quick to respond to questions, and were very friendly and accommodating. This was our 9th stay on Seven Mile Beach, and our new favorite for location and accommodation. The Cayman Island magic is always calling on us to visit, we know we will be back soon.

Thus is a great place to stay when visiting Grand Cayman. The beach is amazing and not overly crowded! There are many choices for food nearby, within walking distance. I will definitely be back at some point.

The property is as beautiful as pictured and the location couldn't be better. LOTS of great restaurants are within walking distance and the beach is spectacular !!! Trevor was a wonderful and attentive host and we would HIGHLY recommend his home for you stay in Cayman

We had a great time with the family in this beautiful home. We were close to everything we needed. The beach is the deepest here compared to any other spot on Seven Mile Beach, including the hotels, and was quiet and comfortable. Chairs and umbrellas were always available. A slice of heaven. Unfortunately kids got sick, but medical system was easily accessible and as good or better then in the US. Trevor was very helpful throughout the stay. Can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Lacovia. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 5, and much better than staying at a hotel (their beaches were packed!). The private beach is amazing - we were so happy to be away from the crowds and be able to relax. The staff at Lacovia were so nice and friendly and always helpful. The location can not be beat - easy walk to restaurants and grocery store - and 7 mile beach is spectacular. We had a terrific time in Grand Cayman and we appreciate Trevor's hospitality very much. We would highly recommend!

The condo was furnished both beautifully and comfortably. It was steps to the beautiful beach and close to many fun places. Trevor was always so quick to respond to any of our questions. He gave us much valuable information. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Our first trip to Grand Cayman was awesome.
