The spacious living room features modern furnishings, a large Smart HDTV with HD cable, and streaming apps for entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning ocean views and access to a breezy balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the coastal ambiance. The villa also includes a mini bar with a mini fridge, perfect for mixing up cocktails.

    Everything was great except for one elevator (near us) was shut down our entire stay. The condo was clean, comfortable & had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

    This was our second year in this same unit, fourth year in the building. This unit is updated and situated in a convenient part of the building (near the elevator and closer to the Tides and beach access). This particular year our elevator and beach access were under construction so there was a little extra walking, but even then it wasn't bad. Once the construction finishes up this unit goes right back to being in a prime spot. Management communicated well, check in and out was seamless, and all in all it's a very nice place. We'll be back!

    Check in was at 4… the cleaners were there until 5:30. They said “very dirty”. No window treatments at all in the living area and black Insta Shades in the master bedroom. It was impossible to manually fold them up because the clips they came with would not hold them up. Very disappointing to pay that kind of money and then have zero ocean view due to Insta Shades. Only one elevator was working. We were told upon check in that the pool area would be open on Monday. It was Thursday before it was open. This made beach access much harder than it needed to be with having to go down the sidewalk in front of the property to the walkway

    For 7 adults and 2 kids, it was perfect place to stay and enjoy the great ocean view. The entire building has 2 elevators but only 1 was in operation. Access to the beach took a bit more time than expected since we had to walk down stairs and go around end of the building.

    Nice place and a great location. But, we were told that the construction would be past this unit, but they were running a cement mixer directly below our balcony for most of our stay. Also very limited supplies...had to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, etc. A couple of the appliances didn't work and a lot of the cushions were torn.

    The prpoerty is as listed. Plenty of room for the entire family. Kitchen was fully stocked. Wonderful view from the balcony. Love that you can park your car and walk to everything you need for the entire stay.

    Overall we had a great stay! Highly recommend this to families and couples. We had a few Issues but the property manager replied super quick and took care of it. All restaurants are in walking distance, pier is close, pools were clean and they even had shopping carts to haul up groceries, etc into the unit!

    Uncork and Unwind was the perfect spot for our annual family vacation. Fit 10 of us comfortably and including all basic amenities needed. Super easy beach access, walkable to all local shops and restaurants, great beach bar right across the street. Ample covered parking. Only complaint is the elevators constantly break down. Outside trash was overflowing at times throughout the week as well. No complaints about the actual unit though!!

    Fantastic location, Condo as advertised, enjoyed the balcony with the views daily. Only real issue we had with the entire stay was the elevator was constantly broke. We had our parents, one disabled with us, and the stairs were hard to climb in the heat several times aday. This was frustrating for all renters at this property.
