Stayed Sep 12, 2024The trip in itself was great, the Villa wasn’t as clean as we are use to. The shower curtain had black mold on it and mold on floor next to the shower. The master bedroom jacuzzi didn’t work and the shower handle was defected, but the Charleston vacation dunes properties were awesome!! They didn’t waste anytime fixing our problems at the villa

Stayed Mar 13, 2023Great ocean views. Plenty of deck chairs. Fully stocked kitchen. and lots of glasses and plates. Plenty of kitchen and bath linens.. Totally enjoyed our 2 weeks in Folly Island.

Stayed Nov 22, 2022This property is in the best location of all of Folly Beach. That being said the condo was not ready to be rented. To begin with we were given incorrect check in instructions and could not access the condo until we straightened it out. So unfortunately one person from my group had to sit in his truck and wait almost 2 hours to enter. The condo had been recently painted and there were no pictures on the wall and the water was turned off . The kitchen was nicely furnished with the exception of the pans which are old and the non stick surface is gone. The wifi never worked and the management company finally just gave us the neighbors sign in. There was no instruction sheet for anything in the condo. This is a beautiful condo, just needs a bit of preparation before renting.
