The open-concept living area includes tile flooring throughout, a full kitchen with a breakfast counter, a large dining area, and a comfortable living room with ample seating. The space also features a built-in bar with glasses and a functional sink, perfect for mixing drinks. Large floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning ocean views, leading out to the expansive balcony that spans the entire length of the villa.

The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. With ample counter space and a breakfast bar, it’s perfect for preparing meals while enjoying the ocean view.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, renovated en-suite bathroom with a spa-like tiled shower, double vanities, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony.

    Management was easy to work with Condo was beautiful & very cleanWe loved how convenient it was to everything in downtown Sullivan's Island (walkable for sure) and als convenient to Charleston

    Listing of condo unit was accurate. We loved beach front view & access. Condo was nice, clean and spacious. Only 3 minor concerns: (1) 2 parking passes for a 4 bedroom unit .. for our extended family vacation this was an issue, (2) WiFi that was posted in listing and in arrival information was inaccurate. Never found WiFi network that was posted. (3) the property elevators had issues throughout our stay - walking the stairs for senior citizens is an issue.

    Last minute change was made due to construction and we were moved to another condo unit. I think I preferred this one as it was on the top floor and better view of ocean and beach. Lives being able to watch the dolphins in the ocean - Management was very quick to respond to questions. Overall a wonderful place and would highly recommend .

    Large building with many many units. In need of some cosmetic updating with commom areas showing age- nut the condo was top motch- wonderfully decorated and no skimping on kitchen utensils etc. Didn’t know it was undergoing some maintenance during our stay- so there were no blimds on the wimdows which made sleeping in not possible- but overall a beautiful comdo

    It would have been wonderful with one big exception. The elevator broke on our next to the last night. They had cones up by 5. We had to carry umbrellas and chairs up to the 4th floor so that was bad. We are all over 60. You would think they would have been working on this immediately but we saw 0 effort so..we had to check out the next morning by 7:30. The elevator had not been repaired so we had to carry our heavy luggage down 4 stories…one step at a time. I did try to call management when I saw it was out…gone for the day. So other than that, it was nice and as expected. Charleston was amazing.

    We stay on Folly Beach quite often and the condos at Charleston Oceanfront Villas have the best location on the island. They have elevators which are great for hauling up luggage, groceries and beach gear. This second floor condo was clean and very spacious. It was comfortable for our group of 6, including parents, grandparents and kids. The condo faces the West so there is no view of the pier, nor morning sun, but fabulous views of the beach and sunset. It is right over the pool, which could be noisy at times (the pool was not yet open, but maintenance was happening every day as the pool season was just about to begin), but the balcony was huge and generally enjoyable. We also did encounter a slight security issue with broken window locks when we arrived, but the management company sent someone out immediately to rectify the situation, even though it was late on a Saturday night. Overall, we had a great vacation and we were happy with the rental property.

    Perfect location from downtown Charleston to the beach. The condo was great and the people at the Dunes were very helpful. We want to come back next year.
