Stayed Oct 4, 2025It was wonderful being within walking distance of just about everything Folly Beach has to offer. We’d worried about being so close to the pier, but ended up enjoying everything about it — It’s solid and wide with great places to sit and enjoy watching fishermen, surfers, and the ocean itself. It was a great week in spite of a couple of days of rain.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024Host was responsive, place is very clean and you can’t beat the location right on the beach. The A/C worked great and the beds were super comfortable. The outside patio was very nice for coffee and enjoying the ocean views. Having on site parking was a huge plus for Folly! It is 3 flights of stairs so be prepared for that when handling luggage. Our only suggestion would be to have beach towels and wash cloths but everything else was great and we would stay here again for sure!

Stayed Jul 4, 2024I had high expectations for this property based on the photos and listing, and I was not disappointed. Everything was absolutely as advertised, and the location couldn’t be better. We will definitely be repeat visitors. The only very minor irritation we had (which is no fault of the owner) is that pretty much everything going on in the adjoining unit can be heard - there seemed to be zero insulation/sound barrier. Not a big deal if you’re renting both units, but perhaps something to be mindful of if you’re seeking a secluded experience.
