Starboard #16C: Across from beach, pool, deck

Could not access the pool but it was nice, clean, and safe. Decent for a non walk to the beach.

Condo location was perfect for quick beach access, especially since we had our dog with us! Condo was neat and put together upon arrival and the rental company was easy to work with when a minor issue with the streaming services offered arose. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend!

Location was great. Wifi was strong and stable. Furniture was nice and plush. Interior paint needed some attention. A pod coffee machine would have been nice, only had drip coffee maker. Bathroom tub had mold/mildew in it. Check in/out instructions from Vacasa were contradictory.

Nice place to stay, steps up to bedroom are not for older people to have to climb.

House was beautiful and very clean! Had everything you need to be able to cook as well. My only complaint is from the neighbor in the condo below this one. We had two toddlers with us and we hadn’t been there for 15 minutes. We had just finished unloading the vehicles after a 4 hour drive to get there and the lady below came up and was complaining that we were being too loud. I told her I apologize and that we had just got there and I explained to her that we have toddlers with us and she said i don’t care if they are toddlers or not, take them outside and go to the pool. So with that being said the rest of the week we were having to constantly tell our children to stop being so loud which in my opinion is not right.

This was a great property. Very clean and very spacious. Was right next door to pool and a short drive to ocean. We very much enjoyed our vacation.

This condo was in a great location and very quiet. Everything was clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. It was perfect for my husband, me and our precious fur baby. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home, well stocked with cookware, perfectly decorated, peaceful neighborhood, and right beside the pool and walkway to the pond! Everything was clean and well organized. Plenty of parking. Be aware that the side gate that gps directs you to closes at 5pm daily and closed on Sundays. Main gate is about a 10 minute drive from the condo. Surrounding areas have a lot of family friendly activities and food choices. Really recommend Smokehouse BBQ!
