Splash Pad | 3BR Desert Retreat with Private Pool & Resort Vibes – managed by Greenday!

We just returned from an incredible stay at The Splash Pad in Rancho Mirage and are already counting down the days until we can come back. This place is a true gem—comfortable, stylish, and packed with everything you need for a perfect desert getaway. The private backyard is the highlight! We spent our days lounging in the pool, enjoying the peaceful golf course views, and our evenings around the cozy firepit. The outdoor setup is amazing—with a dining table, grill, and even an outdoor TV—perfect for relaxing under the stars or catching a game while you BBQ. Inside, the condo is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully stocked. It's clear that Greenday Vacation Rentals takes great pride in their properties—the space was spotless, welcoming, and had everything we could possibly need. The location is quiet and serene, yet just a short drive to all the great restaurants, shopping, and attractions in Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs. If you're looking for a private, resort-style experience with unbeatable comfort and views, The Splash Pad is it. We can't recommend it enough!

Our group of 3 couples had an amazing stay at Splash Pad Rancho Mirage! The Green Day vacation staff was extremely helpful from time of booking until our departure, ensuring to check in with us week of check in, day of check in and during our stay. The house was super comfortable and roomy for 6 adults and everything we needed to cook, grill, make cocktails and relax poolside was there. There was even a TV on the pool patio! The pool and golf course view were great and the community hot tub was steps away from the house so we made sure to end our evenings relaxing under the stars in the hot tub. This is for sure our new spot for our annual desert trip!

This is the 2nd time this year our family has visited the property and once again it did not disappoint. Everything was perfectly prepared by the team at Greenday Vacation Rentals for our arrival and once we were settled in, there was nothing to worry about so we could just relax and enjoy our stay. On warm days there was swimming and outdoor activities, and for cool days or evenings, we had the outdoor firepit to keep us warm. The condo had everything we needed and for a change, the Westin was just a short walk for drinks at the Fireside Lounge or games with the kids at Pinz & Pints. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

Everything about the Splash Pad was great. To start, we were greeted by Ryan who was helpful and endearing, and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. The Splash Pad was clean, bright and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with all essentials, so cooking and dining in was a breeze. The beds in all 3 rooms were so comfortable, the robes and bath towels were plush and the toilet paper was quality, too! The wet bar, wine fridge and pool were used (but not abused!) and there is plenty of outdoor furniture and amenities like the bbq, fire pit and large screen tv to stay “home” all day and hang out. It's an easy drive to downtown and even more conveniently located is the beautiful and historic Sunnylands Gardens, just a mile away in Rancho Mirage. This property doesn't skimp on the essentials and staying here was perfect for our Girls Trip! We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Splashpad!

This property is very comfortable and decorated with a modern aesthetic. We loved having the pool to cool down from a hot day. It's in a great location close to downtown Palm Springs and the airport.

Great location within Mission Hills! Private pool, views of the golf course, perfectly positioned to enjoy the AM sun and protected from the PM heat so you get full use of the property. If you want a hot-tub experience, just a short 2 minute walk and you have full access to a perfectly maintained community hot-tub, which we took full advantage of with AM iced coffees! The kitchen is awesome and perfectly stocked to cook and entertain! We can't wait to go back!

Thank you to everyone at Greenday for making our latest family trip to Rancho Mirage the best so far. The property was presented with everything we needed to feel like home and as soon as we dropped our bags, we began to relax. Located on a nice quiet spot, we spent a majority of our time as a family hanging out in the backyard in the pool, or lounging around watching the outdoor TV and golfers go by. Inside, we loved the amount of space and amenities in each room if you wanted quite time away from everyone. We can't wait to come back!
