Spectacular Oceanfront Surfsong Condo 2 BR 2 Bath

Everything was perfect and it exceeded our expectations.

Our entire experience at this property was exceptional. The view of spectacular the property meet and tidy, and just a short walk from the beach and wonderful small restaurants. Our host was beyond gracious in his flexibility with our plans and his responsiveness in communication. The check-in experience is a little complex but very well laid out in the documentation. The parking facility underneath this property is probably the most safe and cleanest I’ve ever seen. We left our bedroom door wall to the balcony open each night, and I cannot remember a time I have slept more soundly as we listened to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach below. The walk-in shower in the master bedroom was wonderful and we would absolutely return to this place to stay again while visiting our daughter at Camp Pendleton. Thanks again Fred for everything and we sincerely appreciate all of your flexibility with our travel plans and our amazing stay in Solana Beach.

Solana was so quiet and laid back. Perfect if you are looking for a place to veg like we were.

Would rather of had him met us there to help get checked in as this is what happened the last several times we booked VRBO in California. Everything was Okay. Kitchen could use more silverware and one of the window shades didn’t work.

The view from the balcony was wonderful. It was December so getting on the beach was not something we wanted to do. Staring at the Pacific Ocean was great. Parking is the best. It's covered and gated. We could leave Christmas presents in the car without worry.

I have stayed in this particular Condo building for years! It's always been very tidy,clean & quiet. This place will always be my choice while in Solana Beach. The owner is very kind and attentive as well.

Close to beach access. Amenities there- but we didn’t have time to go to the pool of play tennis. Views from the condo are unrivaled. Dolphins early in the morning, great sunsets. Place was clean and easy to navigate. Everything worked and furniture was very comfortable.

Rental was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and a great location. Fred quickly responded and tended to a few issues that came up during our stay.

This place was great, the views of the ocean from the deck and master bedroom were spectacular. Fred the owner was awesome. He communicated and provided us any needed information quickly.

Did Property Management for 20 years…complex laid out nicely and cannot beat this view, first floor unit. AC unit definitely helped in master, clean…noticed a few updates from original photos. I am all about design…appreciate the extra touches. Layout/floor plan works.

Check in was easy. The place had everything we needed. Located on a quiet cul de sac. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and gelato shop. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and pickle ball court.

Wonderful location we enjoyed the view. Beautiful interior and nicely appointed. We enjoyed using the boogie boards, wagon chairs and umbrella. Being so close to the beach was great.

The property was beautiful and the view from the condo was amazing. We arrived to dolphin jumping out of the water right in front of the condo!

Incredible views, quiet unit with ocean waves and breezes lolling us to sleep. All it said it was plus some!

This home is spectacular in every way. The views are beautiful. You can see the Ocean from the living room, dining room, kitchen, widows watch and bedroom. The furniture has all been updated- so the pictures don't really reflect the great vibe of the place. The new large dining room table and chairs are a beautiful dark stain wood with comfortable seating for 6. The couch and side chairs are brown leather. Decorating has been updated. The place is large and bright. Kitchen stocked nicely. Fresh white linens and towels. Impeccably clean. The bonus of beach chairs and beach towels were great. Fans, heater, iron and extra pillows and blankets was a nice touch. The location is A, a quick 2 walk to the beach, wonderful restaurants and coffee and bars. 2 Parking spaces were great when guests came. We've stayed in many VRBO's and a few in Solana and this was our favorite. Our host was accessible and checked in with us to offer his cleaner to come in since we were there for an extended stay, Well appointed with thoughtful design. I cannot say enough good things.

We were very pleased with everything. The ocean was basically right outside the condo. Great restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive. Great location for highway access. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice.

This is the second time we have stayed at the SurfSong Condo Complex. First time at this unit. It is located on a bluff with 180 degree views of the Pacific and incredible sunset views. Bed is very comfortable along with pillows. Very close to gyms, beach, shopping etc. We had a great time and highly recommend this unit.

We had a wonderful stay at Fred's beautiful condo. The unit was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and peaceful. Sitting out on the terrace to listen to the crash of the surf was sublime. It was easy to walk to food and shops in Solana Beach (not to mention the beach itself! Fletcher Cove is right nearby). Fred was communicative, responsive, flexible, and kind. If he'll have us, we'll be back!

We loved the fact that the property was very secure and close to town.The view reminds us of home which we absolutely loved!
