SPECIAL 5/10 - 5/16 175/NT LUXURY CONDO, GATED WITH TRAIL TO BEACH!

Everything was wonderful, loved how much space the condo had it was perfect for a family of 4. The sofas and King size beds were very comfortable. We cooked a lot of meals and the kitchen was well equipped! Loved the hot tubs! Beautiful area, we had so much fun!

Comfortable condo. Near a good walk to the beach.

We've just spent a delightful stay at this beautiful condo, and didn't want to leave! It had everything we needed, loads of space to relax in, and in a fantastic location. Breakfast on the balcony watching the Hummingbirds will live with us forever.

Great location! Just as shown in VRBO except that it doesn't really sleep 6 since the couches in living room don't convert into beds. Having said that, the condo was wonderful and the hosts could not have been nicer or more responsive.

The best part was the walk to the beach: highly recommended! We saw so much more than if we had driven. The complex is safe and quiet and the unit was comfortable with comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen! Can’t wait to come back.

Our unit was clean and the appointments were first class. Nice large kitchen for cooking. Beautiful location, nice ocean view from jacuzzi and wonderful trail from condo to Salt Creek Beach.

When you drive into a neighborhood named Ritz Pointe, you expect a certain level of classiness. First the positives: Cynthia was very responsive to our requests. The kitchen was very well equipped. The fireplace was especially cozy.However, there were several problems. The sofa in the living room was not usable. With a strong demand, Cynthia was able to get a new one to us in 3 days. The Kitchen lights did not work. At first they only stayed on. Then they wouldn’t turn on. We had 3 visits from electricians before they were fixed. On a very cool morning, the furnace was broken requiring another workman visit.It is not an easy walk to the beach and that was disappointing for sure and misleading in the description..The plethora of plastic plants was both unattractive and dust catching. The woven rugs were frayed and tripping hazards. The bedroom carpets were worn and dirty. The patio looked like it had not been cleaned in months so was also unusable.We appreciated Cynthia’s availability and quick response. However we will not be returning.

Property was well fitted out and ideally located in a gated community. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Clean, great location. Kitchen, bathrooms modernized. All else - somewhat dated - eg furniture, carpets. Needs new coffee machine. Contradictory parking instructions. Late arrival . Complimentary bottle of water would be appreciated. Successful stay but not 10 score in my opinion.

This property exceeded our expectations!! We loved it so much we are going back Down in 2 weeks to visit our daughter again. The owners are kind and respond quickly.

This place was perfect for my husband’s conference at the Ritz Carlton. Although it was a steep long walk it was a pretty one. The condo had everything we needed for the week. It had all the beach items which was so helpful! The area is very beautiful. Very upscale for sure. It was our first time to that area of California. And we were not disappointed.

Beautiful unit, they have thought of everything!

We found this condo to be comfortable, clean, and quiet. It provided us with everything we needed to enjoy a very relaxing stay. No lack of good restaurants close by, including 3 within walking distance. For great pizza try Truly Pizza, located on the north side of Dana Point, reservations recommended. We found great hiking trails in and around Dana Point. Maps found in condo were helpful. We also enjoyed the walking path to the beach from the condo, quite pretty especially in the evening. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Casa de Awesome actually was awesome! We loved everything about it and will stay again when we visit my family. The master bedroom closet was so big (and had a skylight!) that my toddlers made a fort in it and slept there for the week :) The only thing I will mention, which didn't matter to us, but was a bit of a shock - the 'walk' to the beach is 1.25 miles and LOTS of hills. It would be fine for a couple, but not for dragging along 2 little kids and all their stuff. We walked half way and then realized that the kids were already done, and even if we had a blast at the beach, they'd never make the walk back. If you rented electric bikes, you'd be set though!
