Melinda’s condo was perfect for our family. It was quiet and peaceful. The semi-private beach was a game changer for us. We had one small issue with the property that was out of Melinda's control, but she quickly made it right for us. We will definitely be back!

A true gem! Perfect amenities, location, cleanliness, communication, organization and more. An absolute must for a relaxing and stress-free vacation. The property and experience far exceeded my expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at Northshore Paradise! The location was perfect. Close enough for our family to travel to San Diego, and also north to Anaheim and Los Angeles for the day. We loved spending time at the beautiful beach located on the property, and at the heated pools. The gym was great to have on site. The home was extremely clean, organized, and comfortable. Our three boys were happy to watch TV in the morning before we went out for the day. You could hear the waves from the patio and from the master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked great. It was a perfect location for our family of five, and we can’t wait to return!

A great place to stay with the kids on our spring break vacation. The complex has a pool, hot tub fitness facility and tennis court. There is private access to the beach, which takes only a couple of minutes to get to from the unit. The unit itself is incredibly well stocked with beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, pickle ball) and all the kitchen gear you could need.

Great place. Has everything you could ever need. Can’t beat the location. You can hear the waves crashing it’s so close to the beach. Fantastic views and sunsets. Close to everything. Due to the holiday had trouble accessing the tennis courts, but was able to get a game or two in.

Melinda was very communicative and caring! This unit is the most stocked unit I have ever been in which is much appreciated when traveling cross country into a tropical storm with young children!! All the extra towels and linens you could ask for, beautiful sunsets on the complex deck, nice people, and Whole Foods and Starbucks within 1 mile! Great location, easy drive to anywhere in San Diego, would def stay here again and highly recommend it!

We enjoyed everything about this home! Full of warmth, comfort and amazing amenities! We enjoyed coffee and drinks on the patio with ocean breezes and the sound of waves, beach days, gorgeous sunsets, pool time and all the area fun within minutes! This was a fantastic place to stay!

We were blessed to have a 3 week stay. Everything was great for my wife and I, and our occasional guests loved it too. Our property owner/manager was also great. Really hoping we get to go back sometime in the future. We absolutely loved our time in North Shore paradise!!!

We had a great week at North Shore Paradise! We were in San Diego for a soccer college showcase but also made a vacation of the week. The House - The place was wonderful and had everything you need for a week at the beach. The living room was large with plenty of seating and a big screen tv with all the streaming options. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking/eating in and there was plenty of room for a large family to sit. There was both a regular coffee pot and k-cup coffee maker and very nice appliances. There were lots of wine glasses and cups for the beach. The cabinets were stocked including spices for cooking. There was a large laundry area off the kitchen stocked with supplies. The outdoor patio was adorable, great for drinking coffee or wine while listening to the waves. The bedrooms are upstairs, both with on-suit bathrooms and with very high quality bedding. You can hear the waves falling asleep and waking up. There are plenty of bath and beach towels in the linen closet. The outdoor shed is stocked with everything you need for the beach - 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys and tennis racquets. The condo has two parking spaces and many free/guest spaces available. The Beach Club - Includes entrance to the beach, multiple pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and a club room common area perfect for sunset. Restaurants, shopping within walking distance. We loved our stay, thank you for a perfect week!
