The property had a beautiful private deck which made the property. Furniture was cheap. Tubs didn't drain. Outdoor pool was minuscule. And the overall property was in rough shape

The light pouring into the space was outstanding. We were more than comfortable in every way, whether doing puzzles or watching tv. Excellent kitchen.

The condo was excellent. Great views of the draw bridge and downtown Charlevoix. Was clean and well maintained. Check in process was simple and front desk staff were extremely friendly. Will be returning.

Awesome location! Awesome condo! We loved it!!

The location was excellent. The condo was clean and spacious. The building itself is old and could use some TLC. My first impression was not good to be honest. The carpet, especially on the staircase, was old and dirty. But....the apartment was great! I would stay ahain if I could get the same room.

Check in was a breeze and there is an elevator which was a bonus with the luggage. There are a few small things that need to be fixed, but overall the condo was in great condition.

It also was a bit warm and air was at the highest it could go.

However, the complex and the unit could use some updating/maintenance. The unit itself has been updated. However, it has quite a few maintenance issues that should be attended to. The complex itself is very rundown.

The Condo was perfect accommodations for My Husband and I, our Daughter, Son-in-law and 17 month old Grand Daughter! Location was premier, we could walk to everything. View from the sitting room and large upstairs terrace was wonderful. Our Grand Daughter loved watching the bridge open every half hour to let the big boats through ! Had rehearsal dinner at the Weathervane located in adjacent parking lot, food and view were great! We also loved the Food at the Village Pub. We took the Sunset Sailboat Cruise, beautiful boat , sadly got rained out after sailing for 45 min, but still was fun and beautiful.! In regards to the maintenance of the Condo, We were Very Disappointed that the washer and dryer were not in working order as we packed light for our 4 day stay planning on this. Had read responses from the Company maintaining the property that the owners were aware and it was fixed. The upstairs bathroom was disappointing as well as the light did not work , the closet doorknob was broken and the shower needed to be cleaned. The wood floors while swept clean were dirty and needed to be cleaned as if barefoot, your feet would be dirty. Customer Service at the desk were very accommodating with extra trash bags, coffee and dish soap.

Most of the vertical blinds were broken or entirely missing, so you could not close them, allowing everyone in the restaurant across from us to see in. There were lightbulbs that were burnt out, the remotes all required new batteries for the televisions to work. The price was comparable to what we pay at the Ritz Carlton, the expeience was far less.
