Sonoran Spa W308 - 2 BR Next to the Pool, High Speed Wi-Fi - Beachfront Upper Floor Luxury Condo

My family was disappointed with the state of the condo. It was not well taken care of and a few items were broken. The sleeper sofa was the most frustrating as the listing stated the condo slept 6 people. The pull out was completely broken and unusable so we were short sleeping for 2 people. We were able to get rollaway bed that I took to the condo myself and my daughter slept on the couch. Not ideal. A piece of the microwave was broken and a bin in the fridge broke upon opening. The curtains did not come close to covering the sliding doors and they were ripped in many places. The supplies were also lacking. Very limited on kitchen items and there were no extra sheets or towels. I had to stop by the desk for bedding and towels. The entire condo was in need of some TLC. I would not recommend a stay here. We were traveling with friends staying in the rooms next door and they were much nicer and better appointed.

Stephanie was great to communicate with. When we first got there, it was really hot in the unit and waited for a bit to cool down after turning on the ac. It wasnt cooling down and sent Stephanie a text. She said to wait a little longer. So we went to dinner instead of waiting. By the time we came back, it had cooled down and had been fine since. The only other issue we had was the door not locking when we were about to leave. Sent Stephanie a text indicating it wont lock after several tries. She said it was ok to leave and that she’ll send someone right away to get it locked. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The number of rooms and beds available was perfect for us. I definitely recommend it.

At check-in we had to wait about ten minutes. Nobody was there and there was no sign. The lady at the front desk is friendly and a hard worker but she is always running around and seldom at the desk. They need a sign that's says, we'll be right back. It's confusing. The condo I rented ended up having an AC problem so at check-in they put me in a different condo. I appreciated the change. My only complaint is that the condo wasn't as clean as I would have liked and the dishwasher didn't work. The view was AMAZING! We would definitely stay at Sanotan Spa again. We especially enjoyed the chair with umbrellas that overlook the ocean. The pool is impeccably cared for, by friendly and hospitable staff. They are strict but kind with the rules. There is a bouys that keep watercraft away from the beach right in front of the property.

While the property was clean, the master shower faucet head was operational , yet broken. The shower rod kept falling down in the middle of use. The dishwasher prongs are mostly missing? The main facility is great. This condo needs some TLC and some upgrades.

The condo was clean and had a great view of the ocean! The condo lacked basic amenities such as drapes in the living area and the couch and living room space was small for our family of 5. There were 4 bath towels for 5 people no toiletries other than soap. The kitchen had no paper towels, dish sponge, salt pepper just the basics which I may have misread in the description of the property but was definitely expecting. Walking distance to small shops, taxis and restaurants was convenient. This property could be great with a little TLC and a few small upgrades.

The place suited our purposes perfectly and with no issues. The location allowed us to enjoy the beach or the local restaurants/bars in just a few steps.
