Sol y Mar-Beachfront and Beautiful - 3 bedroom/3 bathroom

Loved the beachfront property, the view of the ocean was fantastic, the pool was perfect (great for kids and adults alike), short drive to Coco for more groceries, dining options etc.

This condo is very comfortable, well appointed and in a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Very nice property, the owners have it well furnished throughout with lots of kitchen, laundry items and beach furniture that doesn't typically come included. You don't feel like you are in a rental, you feel like a friend lent you their beach house. Very comfortable stay in a modern, clean facility with an excellent beach view.

Beautiful condo with amazing ocean views just steps from the beach. Extremely quiet and peaceful with an easy 15 min drive to a nice grocery store (Auto Mercado) and additional restaurants in Coco Beach. Our favorite restaurant, Ginger, was a short walk just off the beach. Cafe Java in Coco Beach had the best breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks/smoothies. This is our 3rd trip to Costa Rica and my family wanted a laid back beach vacation. Plenty of tours and options for fun along the beach. The online photos are accurate but the view is so much more impressive in person.

A beautiful and spacious condo right on the breach. It’s close to great options for food, beautiful pool, and quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. Our house manager was so kind and helpful! We would absolutely stay again!

Our host made sure that we had excellent information on activities during our stay. The home was well appointed, the kitchen well stocked with the necessary cooking implements, and the overall layout was spacious. And, amazing ocean view and beach access.

A beautiful, well appointed, high quality Condo with an exceptional location and view. Totally safe with around the clock guarded gate and patrol. Very accommodating staff.

For our first trip to Costa Rica, this was the perfect location and property for our family. The beach is so quiet and we loved being able to be on it as soon as we stepped outside. The unit itself is well-equipped, especially the kitchen which has everything you might need to cook. We also appreciated the great communication from the staff of Bitzu Home and the help we received from their concierge to set up activities. Overall, great service and a really good property. We would come back!

We absolutely loved our stay on this property. The views were breathtaking, the house was lovely, and the beach was right there in walking distance! We will definitely book this home again during future trips.

The condo was clean and located in a secure gated area, beautiful ocean views from the master bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen. The private terrace was fabulous, a lot of seating options to enjoy the ocean view. The sunsets were unlike anything we’d ever seen! Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Would highly recommend. The location right on the beach was perfect. It also seems to be about midway between the public access, so the beach in front of the property was less busy. Excellent gated parking, with a security guard. Was well stocked, with plenty of beach accessories, lots of towels, coffee, chips and salsa, spices, etc. Condo is in good shape and clean. We particularly enjoyed the huge balcony, which was quite private and has a great view of the breach. Kids enjoyed the nice pool area. A couple of places to eat on the beach that are walking distance; Roberto’s was good for breakfast, but lunch wasn’t great and would highly recommend Ginger for dinner. Plenty of places close by to get groceries from.

Very impressed with the condo. It’s in a gated community that is staffed 24 hours. Can’t beat the view of being right on the beach. Water wasn’t very blue or clear but it was very warm and we loved it.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Awesome views, great amenities and lots of space. Check in was easy and several nice restaurants all with in walking distance.

Very nice facility and this unit is very nicely furnished! Lots of space. The beds are comfortable and the restrooms are very nice. The kitchen is well equipped and there were even sharp knives for food prep! My VRBO pet peeve is most of them have cheap dull knives that can't even cut fruit. This place had a nice sharp set! Thank you!!!

My husband and i stayed for a wonderful month. It is a lovely big unit with everything we needed, an awesome view, very comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, lovely large balcony, good internet, delightful pool, There was plenty of room for My children, who visited us for a week. They were very comfortable, loved the porch, pool and swimming in the ocean, We are looking forward to returning next year.

Best vacation ever. Grethel met us at the house. Made sure we had a Whats App connection. They had a nice gift basket of snacks, water and beer in the frig. Only problem with the house was the 2nd bathroom hot water shower knob did not turn on the hot water. Everyone used the master shower. Everything else was perfect. Best sleep listening to the ocean waves. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the sunset. Great restaurants walking distance. Bring a flashlight with you. Ate twice at Roberto's. El Velero had the best taco Tuesday. Gingers Asian Tapas was great also. Howling monkeys were fun to see.Wished I could come back every year.

This was our second trip to Sol y Mar because our first trip was a dream. The property is special. We did get caught up in the weather debacle that involved two weeks of vertical rain contributing to the Liberia airport closure, and stranding us in CR for another week. The bright spot in the entire trip was our comfort at Sol y Mar. Grethel was helpful staying in contact with us while we were there. She checked in regularly and was a lifeline.

Fantastic Condo. The pool was fantastic and the beach was amazing! We met many other vacationers who were all renting further away from the beach up the hill and they all complained about walking way up or needing to take a shuttle up to their places. The bedrooms were large with a bathroom for each one. The mattresses were very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor deck!

The house was amazing! Even prettier than the pictures. House manager Grethyl was wonderful and returned our messages promptly. The ac went out the day we arrived and the owner was on it and had it fixed by the next morning. Beautiful property, clean and well stocked with towels and linens. The beach restaurants did not disappoint! Food was delicious. Loved our stay.

A wonderful 2nd floor condo with a beautiful waterfront view of the beach at Playa Hermosa! Grethal, the property manager was such a pleasure to work with. She checked us in, answered all of our questions and made sure to check on us during the week. The beds, the rooms and the bathrooms were clean and very nice. Just wonderful to wake up and sit on the huge balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning watching the birds and the waves. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay here! Multi-generational family and all had a great time. Beach view, easy access, great pool, very safe and clean. Uncrowded beach but with multiple restaurants walking distance along the sand (recommend Robertos!). Great communication with the property managers. We really loved our stay and hope to be back.
