Stayed May 21, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is nice but a little dated with some maintenance issues, like doors peeling and rusting. Some things I noted while staying: Coffee pot had a small hole in the bottom, and molded coffee grounds left in it, mold covering shower head in master bedroom, washing machine full of mold and mildew, did not receive pool fobs with welcome packet and had to call to get them, unable to connect to internet. When I could get ahold of someone, they were efficient to respond (Internet, coffee pot, pool fobs). I found dirty clothes between the bed and night stand. Also, I have never stayed at a beach side condo that didn't provide beach towels for the guests. I cleaned all the mold with bleach myself and after that, the condo was comfortable. I probably would not stay here again.

Condo was in beautiful condition with everything a couple or family would want. Island Realty made check-in and out a breeze. Wonderful time and would book with IR again.

We have been coming here since 1981 and this is one of my favorite condos I’ve stayed in- we booked next year while still there. Can’t wait!

Best part is convenient location to parking with an elevator, beach access, and pool. Internet was also great which was great for us since cell signal is tough. The drawbacks were 2 fold 1) the unit wasn’t very clean-shower was slimy with hair in it (linens were good though) 2) cookware could be updated. We like cooking and it’s a random assortment of cookware some of which is a bit rough.
