•The First Floor In addition to the front entry foyer, carport, and garage, has a secluded master bedroom suite (BR1) featuring a King-sized memory foam bed. The master bathroom offers a large walk-in shower with a rain head. and a cultured marble double vanity. Flat Panel TV with Satellite TV
•The Second Floor This level houses an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, tile countertops, and all the cookware and dishes you'll need to prepare and enjoy a great meal. The spacious dining and living areas provide plenty of comfy seating and a sleeper sofa. The living room has a large Flat Panel TV with Satellite TV and DVD player. This level also has a utility room with a washer and dryer, a powder room, and a large sun deck with patio furniture.
•The Third Floor Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo and a cultured marble double vanity. The airy front room (BR2) has a queen bed and lots of windows. The backroom (BR3) will be a big hit with kids of all ages with twin over twin bunk bed and a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle.

    This condo was perfect! Loved that we could put all the kids upstairs and we were downstairs. We had plenty of room, the place was nicely furnished and the kitchen pantry was huge! Great communication before and after our stay! It was a fabulous getaway!

    Prefect for our quick weekend trip! Loved the space and location. Pool was on the smaller size but the family still enjoyed it. Just a few blocks from the Beach Access.

    The place was clean and nice but the beds were all hard as a rock. I'd avoid this place. Also the grill was not the one that was pictured and was crappy weber grill with rust and leftover food all over the grates. Really put a damper on steak night that we were looking forward to.

    Good neighborhood, clean, updated,, master bed was comfortable, nice master bathroom, kids said the twin over twin bed was not very comfortable. Overall good stay. Be warned Lots of stairs!

    The property was clean and accurate to the listing information and photos. The host provided information about local business and activities near the area. It was great distance from downtown Port A, the beach, and convenient stores. The pool is an added bonus. Would stay here again!!

    Booked here to bring our daughter and 3 grand girls, 10, 13 and 14. The garage had an inch +- of water in it, smelled of rotten fish, garage door needs lubrication and have to force open. The code for Wi-Fi incorrect on instructions. Had to call to get code sent for arrival code - twice. The guy at property management real snooty and a smart a - very cocky. The washer and dryer extremely old. AC is a mystery to figure out - never did! Fan makes noise in den. The unit really needs a tune up! VRBO is great - this property management needs an adjustment to their staff.

    3 levels is nice separation. Parking is for 1 vehicle because nothing fits in garage. Overflow parking is a couple of blocks down.

    Love that the master is on the bottom and the other bedrooms are on the third floor. Proximity to the beach is also a bonus, especially since it's a drive on beach.
