Stayed Jun 7, 2025We truly enjoyed staying in this condo. The description was very accurate. We enjoyed the pool and beach front access. I really enjoyed being able to see the ocean from the kitchen/great room. Even though the balcony was on the side of the building, you can still see the ocean and it was very private.

Stayed Aug 26, 2023The location of the property is fantastic. Easy access to a beautiful beach. Nice private deck overlooking dunes. No beach view. Ok water view. That’s where the good ends. Property needs to be gutted and remodeled. It’s very dirty and falling apart. Duct tape on appliances, mold in the showers (we even had to replace the shower curtain because of mold), dirty pillows, uneven floors, toilet on an angle, broken tiles, we got locked out of the unit multiple times, the washer and dryers were broken so we had to use a laundry mat, pool deck needs to be redone etc, etc. We were extremely disappointed that we had spent so much much money on a until that had been dramatically misrepresented. We had insurance but they told us they couldn’t help us. We contacted VRBO and they told us they couldn’t help us. We contacted the property manager and initially they told us they couldn’t help us either. Fortunately we were finally able to find someone at the property management company that was willing to listen to our concerns. We were scheduled to stay for 7 nights but left after 4. It could be such a wonderful property but until it’s been updated I would encourage renters to beware.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023This property is in need of serious updates. Everything is outdated. There is duct tape on microwave. 5 plates and other mismatched cups, glasses, mugs. Floors are not level and feel like you will fall through in spots in kitchen and master bath. Master bath is extremely disappointing. Floors are not level and shower was disgusting, with black in it. My wife refused to use. Shower in shared bathroom was not much better, but the better of the 2. No instructions or directions in the place so no idea how to use anything. Been coming to the beach for over 20 years, and never had a place that didn't have something for guests about unit and area. WIFI instruction on refrigerator were wrong. Pictures on VRBO website did not show a true reflection of property. Ceiling is brown. Noticed a musty/moldy smell in unit when arrived. When looking in closets found AC unit and filter looked like it had not been cleaned in a year, even though spares were right next to it. The only overhead light in the whole unit is in kitchen. The unit had an office desk lamp for a dining area light. There is not much of a view, you can see the ocean over the dune, but not the beach. For the property the exterior upgrades are nice including the new steps out front, siding, and lift. The pool are needs serious help, one guy fell through the deck! Owner just uses property for cash cow. Needs to put money back into unit.
