Serene Luxury Condo!! Low rent! High Speed WiFi! 2King Beds! Walk to Downtown!!

We had a lovely stay at your townhouse! The weather in Helen was rainy and cold for most of our stay so we found ourselves hanging out at the condo more than we had expected. We had plenty of room to spend time alone yet also together. We enjoyed having the fireplace and balcony. We also appreciated all of the wonderfully thoughtful snacks and drinks. Thanks for the clean, spacious condo!

This condo was perfection! It was clean, stocked with towels and paper goods. Location was ideal, close to town. I will definitely be chosing this place agian. There was even a few toys there for my baby girl. 10/10

Everything we needed was provided! The place was very clean. Great place to spend with family or friends. Really nice and would most definitely stay again!

The host was wonderful! The house was clean and beautiful, too. They left clear instructions on what was expected for check out. The area that it's located in was lovely and very walkable. We very much look forward to returning to Helen and staying here again!

The only complaint is the water was not hot enough!!! My hubby does not use real hot water like I do but he said the hot water was only lukewarm! Other than having only lukewarm water to bathe, the condo was perfect. Thank you for allowing us to stay a couple of days and enjoy Helen and the surrounding small towns

The unit was very comfortable. Our long way critique would be that the description should make clear that both bedrooms are upstairs in case there's ability issues and that you have to share a shower even though you have two bathrooms there is one shower otherwise the unit was lovely and comfortable and our stay is very enjoyable.

The condo was clean and comfortable, just too far away from downtown.

This owners are not user friendly. We had a death in our family 4 days out of our trip and the host wouldn’t allow us to reschedule. I know it’s last minute but we weren’t asking for a refund we just needed to reschedule. We got to condo at 4:15 and at 4:30 I received a message from the host saying that only 2 people could be at condo at any time as per my information on the booking. There was never more than myself and my best friend there nor was there ever any intentions of anyone else being there but the tone was rude and very unnecessary. I also think it’s out of line to not allow renters to not have company as long as the don’t stay the night but they made it very clear that wasn’t allowed and we could be charged if we didn’t follow that rule. The downstairs bathroom makes a very loud noise for hours after flushing. The house was very clean but the patios are not kept clean at all. The beds were very comfortable. The shower doesn’t have great water pressure.

It was wonderful. This place was very nice, CLEAN and RELAXING. Well furnished with all you would need. The owners were just a call away if needed. The only issue was the TV was not working in the living room, it kept saying not connected but the one up stairs was working fine. We spent so much time taking in all the things to do and see we didn’t miss it to bad. Differently going back to the same place! Thank You!

Homey setting in a great location - lots of amenities provided in the condo. Wonderful view of river with peaceful setting. Enjoyed the free options of tv access to shows/movies. Lots of extras provided in the kitchen.

The home was perfect. It was clean and had everything you could want. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Very short drive to town, it was the perfect location. The host was most responsive and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better. A great way to experience Helen.

This is my second time staying at Dan's condo. This time I stayed with my sister for a girl's short vacation in Helen. We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. This is our go to place in the Northeast GA area. Also, Dan answered all our questions promptly. Highly recommended.
