The condo here is great and the hosts are very friendly. They were very accommodating to all our needs. The condo is in a great location, very cozy, comfortable bed, balcony overlooking the river and side of the mountain with beautiful views, and a close walk to the gondola and restaurants. I’d stay again

Great location, Love the King size bed.

Perfect for 2 people. Kind of tight for 3 and the sleeper sofa wasn’t all that comfortable. The bed however was very comfortable. It was fully equipped and updated nicely. The owners were very helpful.

The property is in a good location. The hot tub was not working and the pool and hot tub cover was never removed. The hot tub had a new heater replaced but no guest was allowed to use it during the 3 day stay. In the room the pull out couch and mattress has seen better days. The owner was very attentive and kind but had no power over hot tub availability.

Better instructions on how the heating worked. When we arrived the condo was very hot and it took a day to figure out there was a second thermostat.

Location was good. Clean and large kitchen area.

We had a great stay, very convenient location. Two downsides were that we were not able to get parking easily in the residence parking (had to search for street parking several times) and the pool/hot tub were closed. Otherwise it’s a beautiful town and very walkable to downtown.

Terrific, walkable location & super comfortable condo!

Great location, very responsive host, clean condo with a good layout (other units at Viking Lodge have the bedroom first when you walk-in, which feels awkward to me). The king bed is very comfy and faces the river - I slept great! The pullout couch leaves a little to be desired, but it gets the job done. Lots of storage, which is helpful for keeping a cozy space feeling organized and uncluttered. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean, great views of the mountains and river right outside the balcony. Walking distance to the town and some beautiful hiking trails. The elevator and luggage carts also came in handy. Our only negative comment is the spotty Wi-Fi connectivity. It was very slow and unreliable.

Perfect spot for the weekend. It’s incredibly close to everything and very convenient with parking out front. We loved sitting on the back deck and listening to the river. Great stay!

Great location!

A great place to stay. Easy parking, Top floor with great views ( it’s true). Well stocked full kitchen. Comfortable mattress. Very short walk to lift 7. Quiet while we stayed. Just add snow!

Beautiful views of the river and gondola

This is a beautifully, updated condo with everything we needed and more to be comfortable for five days. It has a balcony right on the river, which we enjoyed. The parking is scarce would be the only problem.

Clean, convenient to town, plenty of storage space, nice views

We loved our stay here in Telluride! The location in town is close to everything. We didn't use our car once we arrived, and walked to everything. The setting on the river was beautiful. Top floor is great, so no noise above. Lots of great restaurants in town too!

My wife and I stayed here for a week as part of our 20 year anniversary. The condo was the perfect size for two people and the place was spotless when we arrived. Communication with the owner was excellent when I had questions. The condo itself was extremely clean and the balcony off of the bedroom had great views of the gondola, river, and mountains. The location is absolutely perfect. It is a five minute walk to downtown but there are restaurants, and stores within an even shorter walk. Honestly, if you are coming out here as a couple, there probably aren't many better places to stay, especially at this pricepoint. Wonderful place, A

Perfect place for my husband and I to explore Telluride! There is a wonderful walking path right behind the lodge that was an awesome way to get to local restaurants & shopping.The unit itself is clean, modern and well maintained. We used the hot tub each night and slept so deep listening to San Miguel river right outside our balcony! Great hiking close. We will be back.

Property was great!

Location is great for proximity to lifts and all the restaurants and nightlife of Telluride town. Small place but plenty of room for two. Loved sitting on balcony watching skiers and enjoying sunshine. The only thing that would make this a better rating is the bed, its really uncomfortable and hard.

This is perfect for a couple but it’s snug. If you’re skiing all day and eating dinner out this is all you need. Owner was responsive.

Nice unit for the two of us, small deck overlooking the stream through town was beautiful. Figuring out the elevator and how to get the luggage in was a bit of a challenge, but everything else about the condo and the location were great. We would rent again.

Property was as listed. Very close to the chair lift. Perfect for what we needed.

This unit was perfect! Very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Parking outside was a breeze and just a short walk to the ski lift. The sharpest kitchen knives I’ve ever used in a rental unit.

The condo was very clean, nicely appointed and very functional. The Owners provided all information that was needed for a seamless experience. The single negative is that while advertised ski in/out, it is not in the true sense of the phrase. It requires a bit of a trek that may be uncomfortable for older, or very young, while geared up.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The condo is cozy but very nice. The river runs right outside the balcony and it sounds amazing. This condo has everything you need for 2 people. It is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. The location is fantastic and it is a short walk to anywhere in downtown Telluride. We loved it!

It was great! So many things to do and it was all walking or gondola ride distance from the condo. The condo had everything we needed. Hot tub was nice too!

Walk 400 feet to free shuttle that drops off at free Gondola. We had mostly everything we needed in kitchen to eat-in and make simple meals. Hot Tub is perfect and hot. Great views from balcony.

Comfy bed, great location, killer view, right by the river. We had a great stay and will stay again.

Location is so great and the small balcony view is wonderful. Suggest repair drawers and update couch and give directions for TV. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
