We had a wonderful stay here. We would love to visit again!

Everything was great. Pictures don’t do justice as to how nice the unit is. We just wanted to be on the beach, accommodations were nicer than expected. We”ll def be back. Maybe more often than not if we can agree on a purchase price

Really great condo and the pictures online don’t do it justice! Right on the beach with a beautiful balcony. Well stocked and had everything you can think of. Would definitely stay here again and the owner was great!

Everything was as presented on VRBO. Beautiful view of beach and sunrises. We did not cook there but full kitchen had everything you needed. Location was perfect to walk to dining and pier. Easy drive into Charleston also. Loved it!

Wonderful stay! Great place, with beautiful ocean view. Condo is well stocked for cooking and nice assortment of drinks and snacks were provided, along with comfy beds and nice furnishings. Owners are quick to communicate and very accommodating. Will definitely return!

Property was more than expected. Clean, great view of the beach, we had an initial issue with the AC in the unit contacted Carla the owner and a service tech was there very quickly. Nothing but a positive experience wish we could have spent more time there.

The condo was very nice with a great view. The only issues were buffering in the tv several times and the one bedroom could not connect at all many times. The porch gave a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the view but internet connectivity was poor out there. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay in the condo. There was so many things to see and do, including a plantation, Fort Sumter, the USS Yorktown and a buggy tour of Charleston. We definitely would recommend this VRBO for anyone who enjoys the ocean.

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it. The beach view is amazing. Rooms are super comfy. Most everything is within walking distance. We will be back. Thank you!

The view from balcony, living room and master bedroom was stunning, even during stormy weather.. outdoor furniture was ample and comfy. All bedrooms had luxurious linens and wonderful mattresses. We LOVED Seaside Villas II, Oceanfront Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The partition between ours and the adjacent porch would be better if it went to the ceiling. We could hear the neighbors every word. We noticed a minor leak from the dishwasher.

Need detailed instruction on operating TVs. After your son-in-law left, we were able to use living room TV with our personal Utube access. Master bedroom TV did not work properly all week (no cable connection?)Sliding glass door in living room difficult to open and closeTowel bar in queen bedroom was under sink with hole in wall where it should have beenDishwasher leaks slightly at beginning of cycle. Seemed OK for rest of cycleThis all being said, we love the unit as evidenced by rebooking next year. Great location and beautiful view. One suggestion-a Keurig would be welcome addition. Nice location and views. Unit was conveniently located and clean. Had a few minor issues but nothing major that would prevent us from renting again.

great location and view - close to everything especially the beach. Property was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed. A very nice kitchen and W/D. Could use some TLC - clear water damage on walls and black mold on master bath ceiling/fan. There are also light bulbs out and most importantly, no battery in the smoke detector which was a bit alarming. A new coat of paint wouldn't hurt either. Biggest challenge was no hot water for our post beach shower - guest bath was being used at the same time as in the master and no hot water. Guest claimed only 1/2 the time was there any during their shower. Fortunately it was so HOT that day that it was not brutally uncomfortable to experience a cold shower. Since we were only there for one night, we did not bring this up to the owner who was otherwise accommodating and responsive.

We've (6 ladies) have stayed at this property for the last three years. This year was THE BEST EVER! The condo was immaculate. Everyone made comment on the cleanliness as well as a few updates from the year before. We're rady for 2026 in the same place!

The place was great and perfectly located! convenient walk to the “downtown” area, right on the beach, and a quick drive into charleston. The host was super responsive. When we arrived, the elevator was out of commission. My parents are bit older, so it was really nice that she had someone out the next day to fix it!

The condo is really nice and well kept. It's right next to the beach, and you have a really good view of the ocean. It's also very close to lots of places to eat within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in the same place again.

I was so very impressed with the condo we stayed at while our visit to South Carolina. The communication with the host was amazing and helpful and everything was accurate in the condo.

This is a great condo right on the water with a superb view of the pier and the ocean. It's in excellent condition with tasteful furnishings and fixtures and is well-equipped to give you a home away from home experience. The owners are very responsive to questions and clearly care about making your stay the best it can possibly be. Overall, a true 5-star rental and we will definitely stay here again in the future!

The property was great, close to everything, beach was beautiful. The condo was clean, easy to check in and out. Only issues were low water pressure, & only lukewarm water.

6 of us hadn't been together in a long time the place was perfect, beautiful the weather was great. We hope to gome back.

Good stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. Always love having a beach right outside our deck. The beach has hard sand so great for long walks which we took daily. The town with shops and restaurants were within walking distance

The condo's location is perfect, just steps to the beach and magnificent sunrises and also is close to wonderful restaurants. The condo is well appointed and cozy. I've been visiting Folly Beach for years and this, by far, is the best location.

We had a beautiful week at Folly. It was wonderful to fall asleep looking at the lights on the pier and waking up to a beautiful sunrise. The condo was perfect for us. We spent many hours on the porch. The beds and furniture were very comfy. There was a problem with the thermostat when we arrived. Contacted the host and they immediately brought out a replacement. It was a great vacation.

Unit 102 was a little dated. It could use a bit of updating, but overall a great location and configuration with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We could walk to several restaurants, shops, grocery store, the pier, and even to church on Sunday morning. The beach access is right out the back door. We had access to chairs and other equipment in the storage closet - this could use some cleaning and reorganizing. The weather was awesome the week of Oct 19-26.

I highly recommend staying at this condo. The owners answered all my questions prior to booking and made me feel very comfortable. Location is the best!

Clean, Friendly, and a Great ... Great... Location !!! (To beach and town ) . Would stay again!

I’ve stayed at many different properties on Folly beach and this one is by far my favorite. The condo is large and spacious, decor is pleasant, condo is clean, you have your own private balcony overlooking the ocean and the price is comparable to condos way smaller and not as new.

We have been coming to this same condo for the past three years and have already rebooked for next year! That says it all!

The condo was great! Unfortunately we had to leave early due to tropical storm Debby. However, we fully enjoyed our stay until then. The owners are just a call away and were very helpful with our questions regarding the tropical storm. Since we live in the Midwest, we haven’t had to deal with a tropical storm so we had many questions. The beach is a very short walk. Which is beyond wonderful if you have kiddos who like to walk the beach and look for ghost crab at night! My little guy enjoyed watching the surfers in the early mornings. There are tons of stores that are walking distances. We weren’t able to see and do everything we wanted, however, we most definitely plan to be back!

This was our group of ladies staying for our second year. We've already booked for 2025. We did have an issue with the air... ...however, there was work being done on the complex. Once we contacted the owners...it was fixed immediately. As I said... ... already booked for 2025!
