Stayed Mar 25, 2022This unit is very clean with higher end furnishings. There are minor expected wears from guest usage (water faucet hanging slightly, cabinets a little loose) but overall it looks just like the photos. We did have check in issues though. On our 2nd attempt (an hour after the 4:00 check in time) we were told the unit still wasn’t ready. When I questioned it I was told the contract states the room “could be available” any time from 4:00 on but they can’t guarantee an exact time. I’ve never heard of such a thing nor did I read that in any of the documentation. Needless to say not a great start to a well needed getaway. Fortunately things went smoothly aside from the one issue.
