Bedroom is musky, furniture ripped, but the property location is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beach.

Great location. Parking excellent. Construction and glue used in adjacent condo construction not good. Bad timing i guess.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location right next to a beautiful coastline was great. However, the apartment was not very clean. Especially the blankets, the second bed, which is stored in a rusty and dusty closet, the sofa and the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. Moreover, there were no decent plates and breakfast bowls. We went to ask for new ones, received some plates but no bowls. The refrigerator is very loud when it starts to cool, which bothered a lot when we were in the kitchen-living room area.

Overall it was a great stay, however the master bedroom had a musty smell. Amenities were good and it was quiet. Thanks Stubbs!

For example when the microwave went out they brought over a counter one within 15 minutes as a replacement. The unit needs some upgrading: the window treatments, dishware, and kitchen supplies in particular.

In the area for a wedding. Great place to stay. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

Just a short drive away from all attractions, and amenities were exactly what we had hoped for (full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, convenient and safe parking, comfortable furniture, pool/jacuzzi on property, etc). Beachside location provided beautiful views from pool area. Communication from Stubbs was excellent both before and during our stay, and after-hours checkin was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

The place had everything we needed and was in a great spot walking distance to town and just steps from the beach. The pool and hot tub were also a great plus.
