Stayed Jun 1, 2023Nicely updated one-bedroom condo, awesome of the gulf, very short walk on boardwalk to the beach! The Sea Gull building has a staffed front desk, common area pool with large deck. This unit has a small balcony with Adirondack chairs to sit on and watch the sea gulls soar over the beach and dunes. Convenient location on Mustang Island between Port A and Corpus, which meant we had only a short drive to restaurants. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Stayed Jun 25, 2021I’m not too familiar with Port A (or vacation rentals) but am so glad I found this bright spot. This property is basically on the beach - and our unit was steps from the walkway to the sand. Such a well maintained rental with a super comfy bed and upgraded amenities. I wish I booked this longer. This unit was also just the perfect size for me, the husband and two kids under 10. We all had a blast!

Stayed Apr 26, 2021Our condo was wonderful—very clean, spacious kitchen, well stocked with towels/linens-beach towels in the lobby, comfortable bed, wall of floor to ceiling windows/sliders-EXCELLENT ocean view. It was a first level unit so it included a deck with stairs down to a private patio and gate with steps to the short beach boardwalk-very convenient. Definitely would return!

Stayed Apr 23, 2021Our condo on the first floor was perfect. Great ocean view with only a short boardwalk down to the beach. When you’re on the first floor you don’t have to fight for an elevator! Great furnishings and comfortable bed. Very private terrace.
