Beach Renourishment Project Planned for Summer 2026
As you prepare for your stay, please be aware that the City of Isle of Palms is planning a beach renourishment project beginning late June 2026 near the north end of Wild Dunes. This important project is intended to help preserve and protect the beach shoreline.
During active work, guests may encounter temporary beach access limitations, equipment, or pipeline sections along portions of the beach. Because the project schedule and work areas may change, specific dates and locations are not yet known. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.

    The rental was smaller than it appeared in photos. The area was great as it was right on the beach and close to shops. The apartment was well stocked with items (linens, dishes). My only complaints - the sofa was worn and needs a good cleaning and the beds have mattress toppers on top of them - mattress in the room needs replaced and there’s only toppers over plywood on the hall beds. They need real mattresses.

    The condo was smaller than expected, not sure how you would fit 6 people in there; we had four and it was tight. The building is sandwiched between two public beach access points so the beach was really, really crowded on the weekend; it was much quieter during the week.The main bedroom is on the hallway portion of the building and it got pretty loud during the night with people walking by after visiting the bars/restaurants.Kitchen was well equipped and the beach view was nice. The location for us couldn’t be beat as it was easy access to the main roads. It was nice having restaurants within walking distance.

    Comfortable quarters for a three-night escape to the beach. Steps away from the ocean and pool. Balcony provides the sites and sounds of the beach with the comfort of shade and quick access to the fridge!

    Pros - Has everything you need for a long weekend. Good location and easy check in process. Cons - master bed is not very comfortable. Quite a bit of early AM street noise from the master. Shower is very slow to drain.

    Check in and out was a breeze. The condo is small, but has a great floor plan to utilize all the space. My review, though, focuses mainly on the property management, and i can't say enough positive things about them. Easy to contact, quick to respond. They made our trip effortless and stress-free.

    Great view of ocean, great location, and comfortable condo. Updated kitchen, bathroom and floors added to the visit. Would definitely stay there again!
