Stayed Mar 15, 2023The Sandpiper is great for families. This is our second trip (different unit) and we love that the atmosphere is more family friendly compared to Port A proper. The unit is exactly as advertised. Beds were comfortable, Great view. The easiest beach access there is on the island. Only small things that could be improved: kitchen equipment is the bare minimum, but did have all the necessities. We had repeated issues with the cable (I think this was a problem with the cable company, not the unit), but the maintenance person was very nice and quick to respond.

Stayed May 21, 2021Very cozy spot with enough room to rest and to take in the sights and Sounds of the Gulf of Mexico Beach. Close to all things Port Aransas.
