This tenth floor unit has been recently redecorated in coastal hues, new natural wood-look flooring and new kitchen appliances. In the living room is a sofa sleeper and two recliners, each with three comfortable positions to watch the 55” smart television (and DVD player) or to view the expanse of the Gulf of Mexico all the way to the eastern horizon. If you prefer to sit on the balcony, comfortable tall chairs await and a clear day rewards you with a 10-mile view down beach to the south. Waves of pelicans like to play in the updrift of the gentle southwest trade wind at this 10th floor height and glide silently past the balcony seemingly close enough to touch.

The island-plan kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining and the large refrigerator accommodates plenty of refrigerated and frozen provisions. There is a full-size pantry/closet for dry goods and other bring-alongs for your beach stay.

The coastal feel follows you into the spacious master bedroom, which has a king-size bed and a 41” television and DVD player. The master bath has a classic spa-like decor with a walk-in tiled shower and granite vanity. There is also ample space in the full-size toiletry closet.
