Stayed Aug 30, 2025Property was in good condition. Fairly clean. I like its bea ch access and the somewhat upgraded apartment. I did not like that despite this being charged as a short term rental, the unit had a coffee maker but no coffee and filters were provided (as kther short rentals do). You can not go purchase a lot of filters and a bag of coffeee if younwill stay there onky forbthe weekend. No coffee shops at a walkable distance. This is an inconveniemce but I would definitely stay at this place again. Recommended.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Both Trashcans were overflowing at arrival. Jacob was kind to change them. Hair on the wall in shower. No sheets on pullout just a stained mattress cover. I called several times to speak to manager she called back once leaving her info I called back twice and left 2 messages and she had not returned my phone call.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025Our visit was very pleasant and relaxing. The area is not a huge spring break area for college kids which is why we chose the area. Beach was very clean and the sand soft. Other than the ongoing construction at the resort it was very quiet.
